The skylight and roof was done on a recently purchased home by #1 Northwest in 2019 and was installed incorrectly. The leak in the welds from the job caused toxic black mold in much of the ceiling and I had to hire someone else to do the repair work because Sarah, the front desk lady or secretary, wouldnt ever have Leonard Shreve call me back AT ALL to discuss it or see what we could do to proceed. She was incredibly rude both times I tried to call and talk to him and refused to transfer me through to him to see if there was anything we could accomplish. The lack of professionalism and willingness to actually comply with their own 7 year workmanship warranty was absolutely frustrating to say the least. I never got passed being able to talk to Sarah because she refused to pass on any messages it seems.

Pictured is the black mold infested areas where you can still see the wetness from the leaky installation.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for roofing needs.

Great group of people to work with. I had a metal roof repair/replaced, wood replaced under, and replaced gutters on a large shop. The metal sheets were hard to match and they found the perfect match and patched my roof up after a fallen tree and snow damage. A year later I asked them to come out to plug up some screw holes/ old loose screws, etc. and they came right out and fixed with no charge, even though I did not replace my entire roof. This is a friendly, honest, family run business. Thank you Leonard for running an A+++ business. I recommend this business to anyone in need of a roof!

They lived up too what John was telling me. He said he would do a good job and he did. Very satisfied. Worth the money.he reroofed the house and replaced and covered my two side porches.all in record time without taking any short cuts. Quality.
