Came day after telephone call to inspect problem with my electric roller garage door, called me an hour before arrival as they said they would. Carried all spare parts needed, fitted new motor, rollers, sensors and gave me new remotes. In fact replaced everything except the door! Excellent service- would not hesitate to recommend this company. Very clean and tidy and took rubbish with them. I had in fact called 2 other companies who didn’t want to know as they hadn’t fitted the door originally so their loss was GDF’s gain! Well Done.

Itzhak (AKA Issac) Mansur is not to be trusted! He is very dishonest he started my job in 2022 and it's still not finish but he received my $16k and now NO response from him. He will start a job in order to complete another, also make sure your permit is paid for before the job is started. If Mr. Mansur cannot provide a permit the day of the installation the permit is not paid for he request it only and you will have an issue!!!! VERY BAD PERSON!!!!

Thieves. My father in law has had his sliding glass window shattered since April we are now in December and ‘Omega’ has not yet replaced it. We spoke with Issac multiple times about this issue and he said that they have the item in stock, they just don’t have the time to install it. Conveniently , after most of the invoice has already been paid. Do not recommend this company at all

Thieves! Itzak from Omega sent a technician to fix our sliding doors. The technician explained that he would need to put a track cover on the existing track, change the wheels, and put in the upper slide guides. I was told that he had to order the slide guides and would install them in a couple of days when they came in. He finished the work, we paid Omega $800. The next day the door was much worse than before. Apparently his idea of fixing the door was to lubricate it with WD40 which lasted 24 hours. I called Itzak and he assured me that he would take care of it. He sent the same technician out who told me that it would cost an additional $200 and to pay him instead of Omega because Omega keeps most of the money. Unbelievable. I have been calling Itzak for two months and the only response we get are empty promises to fix the door. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES
