I worked with the husband and wife duo that owns this business to create a custom aluminum and glass divider. The piece turned out great and I love how it looks. The issue comes in with the installers they employ. Only 1 day after the divider was installed, the glass panels began to show small cracks and they left behind very noticeable scratches on the aluminum and one of the glass sections. I’ve reached out to have the issues fixed, and while the owners have been good on assuring me that it will be fixed, there seems to be continuous issues with getting it done.

So while I like the piece and the process of designing it with JVM, I’m left disappointed because of the cracks and scratches on a brand new item that was “professionally” installed. I’m would advise caution in getting a piece here and using their installers.

Extremely nice staff and very cool shop! Had just what I needed, and cut it to length for me right there. They do all things Extruded Aluminum, and it seems like they sell tempered glass as well.

The quality of aluminum was significantly better and much cheaper than I found at places like Home Depot or Lowes.

Most horrible customer service!!!!
I had to call them back six times that same day even though they promised they will call me back in five minutes with the price. He has multiple times changed the price and even if I agreed with the price I told him let me pay for it. So the person on the phone says to me you have to come in to pay and I told him I can provide a credit card over the phone, or I can Zelle you so I don’t have to come just for payment which will take me over an hour just to reach his place. So he decides to tell me OK no problem you can pay by Zelle give me a few minutes and I’ll call you back. So he never called back. Throughout the time that we spoke multiple times on the phone he started yelling and telling me to stop arguing and fighting with him this person is really unbelievable he has the audacity to say that I am fighting and arguing with him. I wouldn’t recommend working or purchasing anything from them.
