Marc and his team have replaced all the windows in our 100 year old home including 2 doors that required some very unique measurements and custom installation. Our experience from consultation to installation was simply outstanding! I would highly recommend them for any size job no matter the difficultly. The sales staff was friendly, and the prices were good. However, the installation was a disaster—RUN, RUN, RUN!

Do not use this company for installation. You might consider purchasing the windows, but don’t let them install them. I have countless issues with their work. They broke multiple moldings and then told me to fix them myself. (they caulked brokwen wood and told me to paint it)That should never be the customer’s responsibility—you should leave things as you found them.

When I brought up these issues, the owner was incredibly rude. I should not have to paint or make repairs after they leave. They did offer to fix the problems, but only on their schedule, expecting me to accommodate their availability. (What I mean is they would not come back on sat or later in the day.)I had already taken time off for the installation, then another day for them to inspect the damage, only to be met with attitude for rightfully complaining. I was going to have them come back but the owner had to run his mouth. I could not deal with him. He acted like it was our fault. Your company inspected the job prior. You knew what the job intailed and quoted based on that. You knew I had plantaion blinds. I asked should we remove them. I was told no.
The correct answer is in order to correctly caulk the windows we need full access. You said we will handle everything.
To have things fixed is going to cost me way more than the 250.00 you gave me off the price. I should have taken the fixing from you but I was too mad at your owner, and I take some blame for not wanting to deal with him anymore.

Their installer broke things and never said a word—that’s on them. Now, I have to pay to have one window completely removed and reinstalled properly. I understand that issues can arise, but what I won’t tolerate is being treated poorly when they are the ones responsible for the damage.

My advice: Be apologetic and reasonable. The sales team was great, but the owner? Keep him away from customers.

We had 16 windows and a new front door installed by MWT Windows. Their prices were very competitive. The installation of both went very smoothly and quickly. The installers were professional and the work was great. Contact with the company was easy with same day response. We are very happy with the end product and would 100% recommend the company.

MWT Windows is the company to use! We got all 16 windows replaced in our home. We were told it would be 3 - 4 months timeframe for the windows to be manufactured. Ben Tompkins at the office kept up updated all along. We opted for black paneless windows with full screens. The quality is awesome! The price was competitive with those national companies who give you a high pressure sales pitch. The process was pleasant from start to finish. Totally changed the look of our home. Marc is a no-nonsense salesman who offers a great product at a fair price. His team installed 13 windows in about 2 hours and left our house clean. One of our blinds was broken during installation and Marc promptly knocked $20 off the final bill. We have more windows to replace and will hire MWT again to do the work.

UPDATE Dec 2023: We called MWT Windows to install 9 additional windows. Sam started the job around 9am and was finished by 3:30pm. He replaced the blinds and curtain hardware and cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with the our new windows with grids gracing the front of our house.
