We got our window frames and sills replaced this week and WOW! We live in a condo that is 100 years old so this was no easy task! Window Makeover went above and beyond. We had a variety of issues from general wear and tear on the windows to a cracked pane from a baseball.
Window Makeover sent a team over that worked pretty efficiently to swap out a window, replace several panes, and fix some hardware. We still have a follow-up due for some remaining items, but overall we’re happy with the work.

Matt/Mark, the installer, was friendly, professional and left my home in clean condition. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing. Great team!

Window cleaning guys were over our house today and our peachtree casement crank window gear broke. This resulted in not being able to close the window! We were so thankful that Window Makeover had the replacement crank in stock and Derek was able to repair it in on such short notice. Craig was very responsive and helpful in tracking down the replacement parts. Great company and service!

My exterior sliding glass doors at my condo are old 1985’ish and had issues with opening both of them. Wheels kept catching, getting off track, sticking, and the doors were off balance. I called and spoke with Samantha who helped me with scheduling the appointments to get an estimate/review and get the doors repaired (wheels cleaned, doors rebalanced etc). The entire team from start to finish are fantastic including Samantha!! Professional, reasonably priced, responsive and overall great experience with all of the staff. Highly recommend using their services for any repairs etc. They’re awesome!!

I had a great experience with Window Makeover. The crew was efficient and polite. They replaced three windows for us in just over 2 hours. I had no need to paint the replacement as they used the original frames. Based on my experience I highly recommend their service. Great value and very little inconvenience.

Window Makeover just impressed me today and I am not easily satisfied. First, their quote to replace a “radiused window and the 2 side glasses over my front door was the best of 4 quotes that I got ( and I’m talking about the top 3 Window replacement Co.’s in Atlanta).
The Rep who did the work - Cody, did an awesome job and didn’t even have anyone with him to help, due to an illness. I cannot say enough good things about the precision work he did. Very pleasant and respectful of the property; answered all of my questions and cleaned up when he was done!! Frankly, You rarely receive this kind of service anymore. If you need Window repair or replacement , don’t waste your time with the other big name guys. Some of them were simply ridiculous!! I am definitely going to recommend Window Makeover in the future!
