UPDATE:
I installed Zen Windows 8 years ago. Two years I broke some parts on the window accidentally and they came out and repaired them at no cost. Last year I had a window washer snap part of the outside surrounding while taking out a screen. Zen Windows came out and replaced the entire window under warranty. Recently, I had a second story window end up cracking in a corner with the house still settling. Alex and Sandro came out today and did a fantastic job replacing the glass. All under warranty. This company has been nothing buy accommodating and the price I paid was very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone buying replacement windows. I did the entire house.

Let me begin by saying that if I had to do it all over again, Zen Windows is the company I would call to have my windows replaced. I highly recommend Zen Windows!

What I liked more about the whole process is how easy it is. You submit a form, provide basic information on what you need, you get your quote and you are done! We had our windows (13 in total) replaced one week ago as of this review (I purposely waited to write this review in order to get a feel for our new windows) and I could not be more happier. Every night before I go to bed I look out through the windows and I tell my wife how much I love our new windows.

Before contacting Zen Windows we had received quotes from 2 other companies which came out to our house and did a full 2 hours live demo of their windows. We did not go with any of those companies because (a) I felt their price was too high and (b) the sales reps were too pushy, trying to get me to sign a contract on the spot; they reminded me of car salesmen. With Zen Windows we got windows we love at lower price than what the 2 other 'car salesmen' quoted us for, and the process was truly stress-free. I highly recommend Zen Windows.

Such a fantastic experience purchasing replacement windows and sliders through Zen Windows! From start to finish it was so easy. I sent the window info and some pics by email and received a quote back by email. We agreed to the quote and the windows were ordered and installed. So simple! We did the full-on dog and pony show from a traditional window company. Two slick sales guys and high pressure tactics. Their quote was about the same as to build a space shuttle.

Then, we called Zen. Great service, info, quote. Professional and courteous installation, terrific quality products. A first rate experience beginning to end. LOVE our windows!

super cheap windows, mine lasted 2 years, then they busted, i should have let a salesman in my home. renewal by andersen is a far superior product, if you want Windows I would not recommend zen, very little product knowledge, and vinyl is a super cheap material. you get what you pay for...
never buy vinyl or pvc or any kind of plastic window. fibrex is by far the best material I've seen in georgia
