My wife and I bought a brand new vehicle and wanted to add tinting. All About Tint came highly recommended; Kim and Noah did NOT disappoint! We are SO happy with the job Noah did, very professional all the way around. The vehicle looks great. I will recommend them to anyone looking to tint their windows. Chris installed window tinting in my windows in my loft. My place has major windows and is the primary reason I purchased the place. My first review or post ever! I should have read the reviews before I went. I don’t think they ever knew I was there even though I was 5 feet away from them. It was an uncomfortable and awkward feeling, I felt like I just walked into a club which I was not a member. Seems like this business is successful enough to pick and choose their customers, good for business today but horrible for business tomorrow. The owners responses to various complaints has arrogance and attitude written all over them, even uses someone’s death after the fact to try an make a reviewer feel or look bad. If I buy a car and the salesman who sold me the car dies a week later I still expect the car to run because theres a business behind that salesperson. Don’t make excuses for an individual employee, that worker represents your business. You make it seem like your employees run the business. Maybe that’s the problem? It appears the owners attitude has infected the employees as well. Make another excuse or let your potential customers know you are working on it. Choice is yours
