I cannot recommend this place enough. The customer experience is unbelievable. They worked late (past midnight) to get my car out quickly as I was not exactly great at planning and needed the vehicle. I got a front PPF coating put on and it is perfectly done. They also had the best price of the 4 places I’d shopped. I will be coming back here for tinting and other services without a doubt. The guys here did a great job on my new SQ5. Brought it in with 20% factory tint on the back, and wanted the front to match. The had a consultation with me and informed me of the best options. Staff was very knowledgeable. Ended up with 15% all around to make sure all windows matched. Tint comes with lifetime warranty of the car. Professional and would recommend.

The workers were helpful and friendly. However, the soap/lubrication residue that they left behind was painful to clean up. There are spots/bubbles on almost all windows. An interior panel clip was broken by the rear window. The car wasn't even 2 weeks old when they worked on it, and they just partially reinstalled the panel (I guess hoping I wouldn't notice). Now my brand new car has a very annoying rattle as I cannot order that replacement part yet (car is too new).

Update: Added photos of some of the bubbles. All but 1 or 2 windows have several of these little bubbles. They are hard to photograph though

Before I made the choice of going to Hot Spot Tinting, I’ve checked out pretty much all of the tints shops in the Cobb county area and the problem was either the brand of film the other companies used was not the most reliable or they completely over charged for their service. So upon arrival I talked to Justin and he was really easy going and explained all of the tints opinions and what would be best for my vehicle. While working on my car Lorenzo notices that after applying the film onto my car there was a small blob of remaining from when the old owner or dealership removed the old tint and rather the just covering it up and saying it would go away the just told me what happened and started from scratch and just telling me that just goes to show how much integrity this shop has and the job looks amazing I wouldn’t trust any other shop to tint my car so huge shoutout to Chris, Lorenzo, Mike, Justin and Chad you guys are awesome.

Brought in my 2017 Pitch Black Dodge Charger for a clear bra installation. Bridgette was very easy to talk and work with, very communicative and prompt with notifications and updates. The results were excellent! I will definitely do future business here!

The customer service was great and they were very pro. Their shop was clean and their service was prompt. Prices were very reasonable. You get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend them. They are adjacent to a Car Spa, so you can get your ride nice and shiny when you’re done.

First time getting tinted up. Staff had great recommendations and open communication throughout the process. Just got to keep your eyes open for the entrance since it's a little out of site. Feel free to call them if you get lost!

Very nice guys and they all know what they are doing. I let them do crystalline tint on my Accord. They pulled it off no problems and accommodated all my nit-pickiness. Still had to show them my doctors note and signed for illegal tint tho but it’s ok. I was so impressed that I came back couple months later and let them install the hood protection film too. Even helped with the trunk liner I installed way before I found out about them.
