Out of the several tint jobs I've had done in my life, this one BY FAR has to be the best overall experience. I called in to get a quote and I was immediately impressed by the knowledge that Ross had for tinting and vehicles. He was patient, understanding, helpful, and most importantly, he was professional. It wasn't even a second option after my initial phonecall. Once I arrived to the facility to have my car done, I met with Ross and he jumped right on it. He honored our appointment time, prepped and tinted my car in no time. The quality of the film he uses is top notch and his work is impeccable. The facility is neat, clean, organized, friendly and very well maintained. Nothing less than five stars, and if I could, I would give 10!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Ross Tinting Co to anyone who may be in search.

I came to Ross Tint Co, to get my windows tinted on my Dodge Challenger. We set an appointment and the experience was right on point. Ronnie was extremely professional and knowledgeable as it relates to different types of tint as well as volume percentage. I sat in the lounge for about an hour, as he knocked it out. I must say I was highly impressed with the time frame it took and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend Ross Tint Co for anyone seeking quality tint done right and quick.

I believe when it comes to business you should always have good work ethics. When you advertise your service is guaranteed it should be guaranteed. My husband took my car to Ross window tinting on April 23 2020 to get my windows tinted. Within a couple of weeks my tint started forming bubbles. My husband has tried to contact the owner on multiple occasions for him to fix his work. He stated he would fix it but never seems to be at his shop. He doesnt open at his posted time that he has on google. He says he will be there at a certain time and never shows. I am very upset about the way my windows look! This is poor customer service and business practice!

Today's date (03/13/18): First of all, the place is extremely easy to find - even terrible Apple maps finds it. When I first walked in, I wasn't sure I was in the right location but Ross let me know I was in the right place. I called ahead with my make and model and asked for an estimated tint job price. The day I went in, I called ahead to let him know I would be heading over soon. All was good and I showed up and he started working on the car as soon as I handed the keys over. He works on the car in the garage part of his business.

The vibe of the location is great - he has great incenses' there. So as soon as you walk in, there's a really relaxed environment. He was playing soothing music and even offered to let me change the music to my choice but I let him know all was good with his choice. Tint job took about 2 hours on a 2018 Honda Accord Touring. I just got the tint job done (03/13/18) so I can't say how the tint is holding up over a few months time or years, but he made sure to mention that all of his jobs come with a lifetime warranty.

If air bubbles do occur after the 3-day healing time, I'll be sure to hit him back up. Just keep in mind it is essential to LOCK your car windows to prevent you or passengers from accidentally rolling the window down. I locked the windows when Ross was with me and you wouldn't believe how many times people in my car tried to roll down the window - but couldn't because of the window-lock feature.

I got 20% on all my windows, along with the front strip on the dashboard. He wasn't the cleanest and my car did need a car wash after the tint job, but the job was done well nevertheless.

03/19/2018: Couple air bubbles stayed so I showed up during his open hours and he wasn’t there. Called and text messaged him and he never replied.

03/23/2018: Ask him for price for another car just to see if he’d reply and he did.

04/09/2018: Showed up again at 2:44 PM (a Monday), called and texted him before that, and still wasn’t available. Not sure if he’s flaking or if he just is never at the location unless he has something scheduled, but I’ve already had a friend get his windows tinted by recommendation from me. So I’m not sure what the issue is.

04/12/2018: Still no reply after texts and calls.

04/16-17/2018: Finally got in touch and he repaired the bubbles in the windows. Paid him an extra fee to go down to 5% in the back passenger seats. He was already replacing one side of the car but the other side had no bubbles. There are still small bubbles in place but at this point, I know that it's the best that it's going to be. All in all, I paid $211.10.

The only downside is that if he ever goes out of business, I'm not entirely sure how exactly we'll take advantage of his "lifetime warranty", especially as it was so difficult getting in touch with him when he's "open" as his hours on here are not accurate. He only goes in when there's work.

stopped by and saw Ross working on a customers G37 one day. i decided id watch him do the whole car and was very impressed!!! look for yourself!! im bringing my bike in for him to tint the windshield soon!🙌🏾

I really liked his service. I got my windows done the night before the freeze and unfortunately my tints begin to chip. He was great at rearranging his schedule to accommodate me on getting the job redone. I have a busy schedule so I still didn’t go back to get my back window fix. He only accepts cash, but was nice to take my debit card (I did pay a fee) but I really wanted my tints.
