Overall I have had a great experience with Universal Windows Direct. The sales process was easy, although I was taken aback by the current cost of new windows. There was great communication for all of the follow up details after the contract was signed. Installation went smoothly overall. They were able to get the windows in earlier than anticipated. The install team was fast and efficient. So far I am very pleased with my windows. Any minor issues along the way have been quickly addressed and remedied. I deducted a star for the minor hiccups along the way, but I would give the company five stars for customer service and standing by their product. I would recommend this company, and plan to use them in the future for the remainder of my window replacements.

Universal windows was fantastic. From the very first consultation to the follow up after install we could not be happier. Our windows (and door) were all that we hoped for and more. From the original in home meeting, to the customer service prior to the windows being installed this company has been nothing but amazing! I have truly felt like I could call with any questions and they remembered who I was. The day of install the team arrived around 7AM and were set up by 8AM and 21 windows were replaced by 12 noon. I was shocked! The work was absolutely beautiful and efficient. They cleaned up after they were completed. I would highly recommend Universal Windows Direct of Manchester to anyone looking for new windows for their home. High quality windows, work and customer service. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

I hired this company to put in a storm door for my front. I received their name from a neighbor who did get a storm door as well as a new door. They did such a good job with them that I decided to use them as well. I was impressed with their professionalism And their understanding as to what I wanted. We have been looking into new windows for three years now. After talking to many different companies, we decided to contact Universal Windows Direct based on their incredible reviews. The salesman was very knowledgeable about their windows. He wasn’t as knowledgeable about what was included in the service. The project manager was quick to resolve the conflicting information from the salesman and made sure we received what we were told was included. Their team came earlier than planned, which was great! Danny and the crew were clean, efficient and thorough. They had all 28 of our windows in within six hours. Danny made sure we understood how to use and clean our new windows properly and how to activate our warranty. The owner Sean Dodge has reached out multiple times to make sure we were pleased with his teams work and product. We are very pleased with the service we received from universal Windows direct of Manchester and highly recommend them!
