We set up appointments with 4 different window companies, after 3 years of research. The only company that didn't use subcontractors for the install was Reece. My dad was a General Contractor, so I have no desire to chase after a company AND a contractor if anything goes wrong. Still, we met with all of the companies. Reading the fine detail, all the others required crazy waxing and oiling parts once or twice a year to even back up their product- that isn't happening here in the Florida heat! The Reece warranty is solid, comprehensive, and transferable upon sale. Still, price was an issue for us, as we had a very specific budget we had to stay under. Howard came back out after our initial meeting and was able to get us to within our budget. Windows arrived within 5 weeks and are being installed today. Diego, Pedro, and William work cleanly, using drop cloths on EVERYTHING. They also work quietly- which is huge for me as I work from home. Our home is 100 yrs old, so I expected problems to arise during the install- none have!!! Jason stopped by during the install to answer my 1000 questions. They look great, and the sound dampening and heat protection are INSTANTLY noticeable. Kicking myself that we didn't do this years ago. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

The men arrived on time worked diligently and pay close attention to every detail insuring the windows were installed perfectly. They also took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions with patients and clarity. The windows look amazing, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Stickers on my door about "we're working in your neighborhood..." No Reece, you're SOLICITING in my neighborhood. And TRESPASSING on my property.
