I had a super positive experience with the Factory Direct Windows and Doors.
From the very first steps Zahar was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them as it was my first time choosing a new front door.
Same applies to the installation team. They arrived promptly, did all work professionally and left the place tidy and clean.

Recently ordered custom windows from here and the whole transaction was wonderful. Zach is a great guy and does right by his customers. Really happy with the quality of windows and although Zach originally told me 6 weeks out he got them in way sooner because he did me a solid and made it a rush order. I highly highly recommend this place and will absolutely be doing business with this company and Zach again

These guys are professional, Straight to the point, They did A wonderful job of transferring my 90 year old windows to modern day windows. The price They gave us.was.$10000 less than the other Companies who came out Before them.We had 3 other companies come out and give us a presentation on their Windows. The other companies Told us it wasn't Going 2 be easy to replace The type Of windows that we had in our basement because they were odd size and had 2 b custom made. They
were out for money. Factory direct said they also had 2 b custom made and told us what it would cost , how long it will take 2 make them, and it will take one day 2 install and gave us a honest price. Factory direct is out 4 quality honesty and Fairness. We never told Factory direct about the other quotas we got b4 they gave us a total price,but when the other companies called back,we told them who we choose and the price we got from FD then they tried to lower their price to try 2 get our business. Too late 4 them. We will recommend Factory direct because of their honesty, integrity, professionalism, quality, and quickness.
