It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I found them after another company could not fulfill our needs with window locks and insulation gasket. It was very important to take care of those things, especially the gasket. The original one was very old and dry, and in summer would counteract the AC, in winter lose heat - both increasing the electric bills for a very large space, and at all times would create windy noises.

We have a very nice tenant, and we really wanted to remedy this situation. Window Repair US was able to obtain the right items for gasket replacement. Locks are in good repair now as well. It was all done quickly and effectively. The windy noise is gone, and the tenant is happy. We are most grateful for your help, and will continue doing business with you whenever we need our windows looked at.

The job was to seal a door and three windows that are drafty. They started with the door, spent about an hour on it, and did a good job. But on the three windows the job was rushed, drafty situation improved some but still leaking a lot of air in. I pointed to the leaks and they did a little bit more, but still leaking air. The team said they did maximum and there is no more they can do, and that was it. To be fair it was a very cold and windy day, saying it’s an unfriendly day for window repair workers would be an understatement, so I understand their desire to get it over with. But I hope it was handled a little bit differently.

Wonderful company! I called with a quasi-emergency situation Sunday evening. They came the next day, stabilized, and measured. It was a difficult repair due to an unusual window. At first, a good solution was not evident; then David called the manufacturer, and learned useful information but they couldn't be bothered really helping, so he came up with his own creative solution. In other words, he didn't give up until he did the repair beautifully! And did I mention they could not have been nicer or more responsive? David answered texts almost immediately, and sent some required paperwork the next day. He was flexible in accommodating my crazy schedule. The people who came were so helpful and polite, and CAREFUL. A real pleasure to deal with. Thank you thank you to the entire team!
