I called Kern glass for a glass top for my table. They came onsite to do measurements for free, they stayed in touch and delivered when they promised and delivered great and quality glass with smooth edges. They were kind to clean my table and the glass. Very careful and respectful. Great customer service.

I ordered a custom piece of glass for a vanity table. The process was super quick and easy. Turnaround time to receive my order was also quicker than anticipated. When my order arrived, and I went to pick it up, the pick up process was so smooth and I was in and out in no time. I am so content with the outcome and will definitely be ordering all my custom glass orders from Kern glass!

Vandalism hit my clinic over the weekend and Kern Glass was the rescuer. They were super attentive, quick to respond and did an excellent job with the temporary window replacement followed by a window to match. A job well done Mr. Cline!

Called to see about replacing a kitchen window that had broken during my countertop installation. The lady who answered the phone was SO rude. She said in a snarky voice that the person I needed to contact was gone for the day and call tomorrow. I asked if I could just leave my number and have that person call me back. She acted as if I were asking the moon and rudely responded, I guess.

So I leave my number and today it is 8/28/2022 and still have not received a call back lol. I thjnk that witch didn't even bother to jot my number down.

I ended up contacting Oildale Glass and they were amazing!

I’ve used Kern Glass previously when I worked for a local contractor. They always provided great service and competitive bids. My sliding glass door recently broke. I called them up and they provided an appointment for the very next day. The estimator showed up right on time. They delivered on the price and their installers were friendly and prompt. They went as far as cleaning all the window units and tracks leaving them clean. I would highly recommend Kern Glass!!!

Stopped by to get an estimate a nice lady in the office took my info and she said, some one would be calling me today with an estimate, no one called me, and when I called to find out if they had an estimate for me, I was put on hold an after 10 minutes on hold I hung up and decided to take my business elsewhere. I know people are busy but I never let a potential client wait on hold for more than couple minutes no matter how big or small the job is!
