I can’t begin to state all the fun and love we experience here at Ventana Plum Creek community. Hands down, this is one of the best complexes to live at. Besides the spacious rooms, new and luxury amenities at such an affordable price. Their resort-style pool makes you feel you're in Miami! And all the fun events they host for us. What makes this place is the fantastic staff! Especially my girl Jennifer! She has been the rock our family needs and has always backed me up. I have never met someone so compassionate about their tenants and who goes out of her way to make things happen. I am forever grateful and appreciate all the love and dedication she has shown our family. That's why I am continuing to renew my lease and am living here! Plus, you're in the heart of Kyle. It is the perfect location and next to the best schools in Hays County!

This was my very first apartment and I LOVED it. My lease is almost up and I never had 1 issue with anything this whole year. Anytime there was an issue, maintenance handled it quickly. The pool is super nice and quiet for the most part. The walls are thick and I never heard any of my neighbors. Covered parking, gym, gated complex, huge closet, huge tub/shower, great view of your the golf course, the list goes on. Definitely worth the price! So sad to be leaving. The new management is even better than the ones before, super professional and kind.

Recently moved to this apartment and I’m very happy here! The property is small and quiet; well kept; clean and safe. The office staff is attentive to anything you need. I have felt welcomed and taken care of. Excellent customer service here! I’ve had a couple maintenance requests and they have met all in a quick turnaround time ☺️. The move was worth it!

I've lived here a few months now. I looked at every apartment complex here in Kyle and this place was over all the best. I fell in love with how spacious the floor plan is. It gives the feel of living in a house. It's a small quite community. They have had some nice community events. Now every place has issues. I haven't had a concern not taken care of. Jennifer has been great from day one.She is always professional and willing to help. I'm still very excited to call this place home.

Ventana has been such a wonderful community to be a part of, not only do we have amazing amenities like a puppy spa for one or a resident car wash. We have amazing staff who are always on top of our needs! I feel safe here which is number one! And not to mention the layout of the apartments are so nice feels like a mini house!
