We had a wonderful experience with True View! The sliding glass door took awhile to be delivered (not the company’s fault), but once it was received we were booked right away for our install. Our technicians, Mike & Ashton, were so kind, respectful, and explained their process when we had questions about our door installation. They were quick and the whole process from removal of our old door and installing the new one took about 3 hours. They cleaned up after and left our house in just as good of condition as when they arrived. We had trouble with the latch on our door which was quickly addressed with a second appointment right away and again we had a great experience with Mike and Ashton. We’d definitely recommend True View to anyone - good quality and at a more affordable price than many other companies.

Mike and Ashton just finished up installing our new sliding door and we are beyond thrilled! They were both extremely friendly and did an exceptional job in replacing the door and getting it adjusted. True View was great and was super competitive on price compared to other bids. The staff of this company is a disappointment. I don't know the name of the two gentlemen who are doing the installation, but they are truly inept. They are not trained to do the job and they left everything worse than it was. Now that it is snowy season, the cold is entering my room because of their poor work. This is disappointing! Just in case the owner sees this, I already sent the report by email and he hasn't responded. Anyway, look for better options.

We had one window replacement and eight window repairs done by True View. After we scheduled the initial appointment, Dom came out to complete the inspection and give an estimate.

With that done, we scheduled the work to be done. Dom and Nathan let us know when they were on their way. When they showed up, they were very friendly and professional. They explained the work they were completing and how long it would approximately take. And, they were pretty spot on with the timing.

We're excited to be able to open our windows again! Thank you True View and thank you Dom and Nathan!

We live on a golf course and have True View Windows and Glass on speed dial. They are so great to work with. Our latest installers, Dominick and Young were fabulous. They were diligent and quick but with attention to detail. They were quiet enough to let my husband work from home cleaned up after themselves. They were also fantastic with the elderly and slightly neurotic pup! They are welcome back!

This company is top notch, I’d give 10 stars if that was an option. Everything was great from the estimate with Young, to the email and phone calls with Julie, down to the installation with Dominick and Young! Dominick and Young were absolutely amazing! Their work was outstanding and everything went better than expected! They both went above and beyond , they are true craftsmen! Thank you so much for my beautiful shower glass!

Casey and Colin have a professional manner in dealing with the customer. I was quite pleased with their performance and tidiness when installing my windows. They did it in a timely manner and were very courteous. Nice young men and they represented the company with high standards. Thank you!
