Absolutely stunning craftsmanship excellent customer service trustworthy staff. I will recommend this company everyday of the week. The salesman Brian Anderson was understanding and compassionate to my needs and finances and he made my acceptance that much better on my choice to choose Ameritech Windows Denver as my window install.

I'm a current customer of Ameritech working with Austin, who is my project manager. I live in Larkspur, CO and Austin was always prompt and spent as much time as was needed to answer all questions and concerns. I would recommend Ameritech to anyone who wants a product built for CO conditions.

Well I gave it a year and two service calls. I removed window world windows that were hollowing. Payed a fortune for new Ameritech windows. They creak and groan in the wind and Ameritech’s answer is to mansplain why I should accept that as a properly functioning window and they can’t fix it. And a second window sags in the middle. they “fixed it” but I can’t open it for a month. We’ll see after a month if it is really fixed. And one they have no intention of fixing. So much for 40 year warranty. The windows that I had were not creaking and groaning. Now I have the joy of being woken up every night in the middle of the night by creaking and groaning windows. Also air is getting thru because I am getting frost on the inside. Don’t buy these windows.

Update: I was told to expect to hear noise in the wind because the glass and vinyl will move in the wind.

The level of customer service and expertise is impeccable, and everyone is always courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Lacey is a true delight to converse with, and she always takes the necessary time to explain everything, and make you feel like a priority. If you need replacement or even a new window installation. I had my front door and back door replaced. The technician that installed them was very professional and fast. He did a great job and kept the work area clean. Lacey was a pleasure to speak with and has a great attitude. She is a asset to the company.

Had insulation added to our attic in Bailey CO. Less heat loss in the winter and cooler temperatures this summer. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend this company!
