Hi everyone I love my 980 sqf apartment. I made it my home away from home! (Plan on buying a house in a few years) but I read the reviews their a bit tuff. The team here Karla and Melvin can only do what their limited to do. They’re only humans, and have a life outside of Ventana residents. What I love the most is the garbage pickup I live that all I have to do is sit my container outside my door and a hard working person comes and picks it up. The maintenance works hard to maintain this building. Some people aren’t used to this type of lifestyle and can’t seem to comply, and then you have the bad smells and unkept burials sort to speak. But nothing garbage can and shampoo Carpet can’t fix.

Karla helped me move in and she had so much on her plate she’s an Angel and residents should respect her and Melvin’s position cause if they weren’t great at what they do they wouldn’t be in it! The gym is great but I’m a home workout person do to my attire ( lol) need a little privacy! Overall I made my apartment into a castle! I won’t complain it could be worst! Yes we had a mailroom break in but that’s because humans are being humans and are as fortunate as others! That’s to be expected! Just don’t send important things that are of value to your apartment if you don’t trust it! It’s not the staff fault and they are not the police department! They here to rent you your apartment, collect your rent, and Maison and manage building and staff! Be grateful and understanding! If I don’t hear from the staff I email them ten thousand time until I hear back from them! I’m a nag by trade! happy holidays friends! Enjoy your life be simple not boring and don’t fault people for things they can’t control! Live love laugh!

Thank you Ventana for giving me a place to call home for the past year.
I have nothing but good things to say about Karla, the leasing manager here. You can tell that she truly cares about the residents and always goes the extra mile to ensure things are taken care of in a timely fashion.
The apartments are new and clean and super dog friendly. They host events once in a while with free snacks and drinks.
The neighborhood is great, I felt safe walking my dog and it's close to a Bart station as well.

Just moved out of Ventana, and I have to give a big shout out to Karla, Victor, Melvin and all of their crew behind the scenes! These guys are always so happy to
helpful and make sure you're enjoying the building. They always solved every maintenance request I submitted quickly and promptly, I never felt as if I was left hanging or to just deal with something.

I wish I could continue to afford living there, the lease is definitely pricey, but if you can afford it then go for it. The building is always clean and smells fresh, the furniture in the communal spaces is comfortable, the rooftops are very cozy and great for gatherings (just wish they had restrooms up there!)

I recently moved into Ventana Residences, and I am so impressed that I would recommend it to everyone. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, which is a big plus. The units are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes and appliances. The community amenities are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a beautiful terrace, and a cozy ground-floor area for social gatherings.

Ventana Residences is a great place to live, and I would suggest it to everyone. It is unusual to find such a safe and secure neighborhood in San Francisco. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes and appliances. They include a modern gym, a stunning terrace, and various community spaces for events. It is convenient to supermarkets and bus stops. Karla, the lease manager, was very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process of renting. Everything went smoothly and without any stress because she always answered quickly and gave accurate information.
