John and team at Remedy roofing were very professional and prompt. They inspected my roof next day after a hail storm and guided me through the insurance claim process. I received a call to schedule and roofers showed up on time day of installation and worked diligently through the day. Job was completed on time and according to the original quote. They fixed an area of concern with a layer of protection and sealed it to protect from future water damage. I was worried about preserving my existing gutters but they carefully installed my roof with no impact to the gutters. I highly recommend Remedy.

I used Remedy Roofing to replace my roof 20 years ago, and they did a great job then, so that is why I used them again to replace my roof. I would definitely use their services again if I ever need a new roof again!

John Sirizzoti is so accommodating and professional. He gave us a crash course on how insurance works and recommended a color. Asked if he could look at it after an ice storm and hailstorm. He came over to look at the roof and educated us on how home insurance is doing things vs. then, and working with us on it. He was on-site during most of the replacement to supervise what roofers were doing. Honest, ethical, and friendly, and roof looks great! We didn't ask him, but he had one of his guys come by and powerwash the driveway and sidewalks for us! Very cool! 🙂 People on the phone at office nice
too! I'll definitely contact them when I need an inspection, repair, and/or replacement!

Thank you Remedy Roofing. Remedy Roofing & Todd Englett were an absolute dream of a contractor to work with. Even though I wanted the roof replaced in three phases, they complied. Not only complied, but they always presented the feeling that no matter what I asked for, it was their goal to make me happy. An happy I was. Great new roof installation and a great contractor. And as you all know too well, a great contractor is a rarity here in Houston.

Remedy replaced my roof almost ten years ago and that positive experience drove me to use them for my most recent roof replacement. Most of the work was completed as expected with a few easily avoidable issues:
- Three sets of roof ridge vents were not properly installed (not flush to roof & nails visible from the ground and gap into attic). I identified this as a concern after crew had left. Crew no show Saturday morning to correct and again Monday am. Several reschedules and new vents installed Tuesday. I asked for avenue to escalate these issues and my request was disregarded.
- Front landscaping was heavily walked over and damaged. Second trailer for trash was delivered and retrieved by driving over landscaping rather than clearing driveway space to properly back it up from street. Gutter on front of house knocked loose, “fixed” by attaching it crocked.
- Roof dormer area is problematic when there is hail/ice accumulation and had been discussed extensively pre/post contract execution. Asked to see levels of water guard before covering with roofing material and this request was not honored.

Overall, disappointed with the lack of detail and disregard for my property and time.
