When I called JWG, they got me scheduled right away for a free estimate. I needed nine windows and a sliding door installed, which is a big job, but it was also hard because my home is a daycare. Nick stopped by a couple times to be sure all the measurements were just right, and he was very responsive over text. Whenever I had a question, he got right back to me. When it came to scheduling, they never forgot about the daycare, and they never once tried to reschedule me. I needed it done on the weekend and I needed it to be clean and safe for the kids. Alex and the team worked hard all day and got the whole job done by 2:30, and it looks amazing. All of my clients are really impressed. Alex stayed in touch throughout the job and walked me through everything to make sure it was how I wanted. JWG does not take shortcuts and they don't waste time. I would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn’t ask for better service and quality from Jason and his team! Jason was always friendly, responsive and always told you the facts and you will learn a lot about windows from him! The day of installation: we have 8 windows and 2 sliding doors: total of less than 7 hours to remove our old 70s windows and doors and install the most beautiful and high quality windows and glass sliding doors. The craftsmanship was so good, their install team Alex and Rome (and two others I can’t remember their names) were courteous, clean and efficient. I can’t rave enough how happy we are with our new beautiful windows!!

JWH Windows is an excellent company. The owners are easy to work with and the installers are highly skilled. I love these new windows. I replaced all my windows which were over 20 years old! They are so weather efficient and very soundproof. They look so good and are easy to clean. I’ve worked with many contractors and these guys are good! Give Mason a call to give you a quote! 7/2024: Mason was great to work with for our windows / door. We have a 22 y/o house, approx 6 miles from the beach (we do get ocean salt air), and the windows were letting out a lot of air, as well as fogging up. We narrowed our company choice to 2 companies, but Mason had the French doors we wanted (replaced a slider), so he earned the job. We went with the Anlin brand windows and French doors with side windows.
Install had some bumps and bruises and there was a delay in completion, but Mason was courteous, professional and set everything right as quickly as possible.
Since replacing the windows we have seen a significant decrease in trapped hot air upstairs. We would definitely recommend JWG for windows and doors. Thanks guys!

Nick and JWG team were great. I got Anlin windows for my condo, and Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my of questions about different options. I had spoken to a number of vendors and chose Nick because he seemed the most honest, reliable, and thorough. The installation team was also great and super efficient. Got the job done in less than 5 hours and cleaned all the windows. I could tell the difference the moment I stepped in. I'd highly recommend using them.

Price estimate was reasonable right away. Time estimates were met , no delays. Mason was always available before, during and after project was done. He is the guy who listens and makes things happen!

Team arrived on time, they covered all working/high traffic surfaces in the house to keep our house clean. Left our house in perfect condition after job was done.

We got 3 different quotes with JWG providing the best. A competitor was much higher for the same windows (Anlin Monte Verde Bay View). The windows are great and the JWG crew (EJ, Angel, Romualdo, etc) were very professional and courteous. We had 20 windows and 2 patio sliders done. I would give JWG a strong recommendation and would certainly use them in the future. During initial visit I asked Mason about the window casings I saw in some of his portfolio photos. They are beautiful, so we had them installed also. See the before and after pictures for proof.

I highly recommend JWG, cannot say enough good things. I have been working with Jason (the owner) for many years now, and he did my condo, my mother´s condo and just recently my house. This time around I did not even bother getting estimates from other companies, and I am usually very diligent about that. There was just no need. Jason is knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and transparent. He offers honest and competitive pricing. His crew is fantastic as well, they showed up on time and worked late when needed to complete a very large and cumbersome job. They were very courteous and worked with me on scheduling surrounding my toddler´s nap, etc. I have heard many horror stories about contractors, so I suggest you save yourself the trouble and go to JWG for any window and door needs. High caliber windows, good pricing, great owner and awesome crew. You can feel good about supporting a local business and getting a top notch product installed expertly (and they do a great job with cleanup too!)
