I had one window and two sliders installed by Newman two weeks ago. From the sales experience through install, I’m very happy with the service.

I wasn’t present when the project manager took the measurements and he made some inaccurate assumptions (that we would keep the exterior moulding), which led to ordering smaller products than we needed. I was new to the process and didn’t really know what to ask - be sure that you articulate what you want the finished product to look like during the measurement appointment!

Armando and Emanuel arrived to install and quickly realized that there was a sizing problem and worked quickly to source some lumber and install the new windows to my liking. They were great! Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Hector and team came two days later to patch the stucco and they were also great to work with!

Overall, I’m very pleased and plan on choosing Newman to replace the rest of the windows in my home when the time comes.

We are impressed with the quality of the windows we had installed. We live on a busy street and there is a noticeable noise reduction with the new windows. They look great and enhance the appearance of the house. Michael, Daniel, and Kevin were professional, personable, and answered all of our questions during the installation process. They were in and out quickly without compromising their work which is much appreciated. I will go with Newman in the future for all our window and door needs.

We had Newman Windows install our windows. From Miguel to our installers, Amanda and Bernie, were very pleasant to deal with. To moving of furniture to the clean up was exceptional. I would recommend them highly. Also, the price was very reasonable.

Newman Windows carries the highest quality of windows. They have installed windows twice for us. We are very happy with the windows, the installation, the crew, and the people in the office. EVERYONE we talked to was highly professional and courteous. The level of customer service here is unprecedented. No one in any industry that I’ve talked to in a long time even comes close.

We had two original Millard windows (1997) which had failed seals and some fogging. Newman sent me an estimator the day after I called, had a quote to me within a day, AND scheduled a project manager walk in less than a week! The price was reasonable and we agreed to move forward. The installers arrived 10 minutes early and completed the install in an hour less than the original estimate!! Michael and his trainee took great care of my blinds and furniture when they moved them. The removal and reinstallation was incredibly fast and no damage was done to the stucco outside, or the wallboard inside. We are incredibly happy!

This is Millie Mussomeli writing a review as I can't change the name of Cathy Shepherd on this note. She is my daughter. I am so sorry to have to tell you what terrible service you provide lately. My grandson is getting windows on his home and I told him to use Newman Windows, but now I am sorry I did. I have had Newman windows for the past 10 years with amazing service however not so much lately. Mr. Newman came to my home and signed us up for the windows and the service has been outstanding, but not so much anymore. Way out of the way it was before. I am sorry but I have to tell my grandson to walk away from Newman windows at this point as what I have been going through lately with them is not the Newman Windows I know of.
