We had an excellent experience with Newman from beginning to end with the install of a new glass sliding door. Our salesman, Darren I., was very helpful- arrived on time, answered all our questions, and was a pleasure to speak with. We had a similarly good experience with our site inspector (did not note his name unfortunately). On install day we were paired with Sergio and Emanuel. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained the work and immediately go to it! They made truly impressive time and did a beautiful job. We absolutely LOVE our new door - it is such an improvement over what we had previously. Thanks to the entire team for making this a great process!

Rudy G., and Adam were the best installers I’ve ever seen on a job. They arrived on time, introduced themselves professionally, and took the time to explain the process step-by-step. They went over each window in detail, ensuring I understood everything, which I really appreciated.

Their workmanship was top-notch, and I was amazed at how efficiently they worked together. After the installation of my new windows, the project manager, Jacob, followed up to ensure everything was perfect and took care of some minor touch-ups. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were greatly appreciated. The Contractor worked with me when I needed to reschedule the original new windows installation date due to the sudden passing of my Dad.
Replacement of our 8 windows was completed timely (one day). The installation crew (Michael, Sam and Manny) were informative, responsive and courteous. The new windows look good. Satisfactory clean up was performed before the crew left our house. No issues to report at this time.

If I could give six stars, I would! What a top-notch, professional, courteous, experienced team! Newman Windows installed three sliding glass doors in my home this week. The team arrived right on time, kept everything clean during and after the installation, and the final touches - trim and caulking - are perfect. Great window company! Easy to get appointment to discuss window replacement options for our bathroom window. Installers Sergio and Emanuel were fast, efficient and cleaned up after the install. I highly recommend and will call Newman Windows again for my future window needs!

I absolutely LOVE my Newman Windows! Russel was my Sales Rep, and he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful with my order. I live in a condo with floor-to-ceiling windows, so I went with the best, Tuscany Series Milgard Windows. I got 3 other bids and Newman matched the best bid and was able to deliver in 8 weeks rather than having to wait 4 months with my other top option. I did have a few hiccups with my installation, but I think that's to be expected with how large my windows are and their level of difficulty in an old building with out of square windows. In the end, they made everything work, and my windows operate smoothly and easily, the sliders just glide open, they made a huge difference in keeping the cold out, and I can no longer hear my neighbors talking outside when my doors are closed. Thank you to Russell, Michael, and all the installers who brought my job to completion!
