Stay away from Iskan Windows Inc. - unfortunately this is the best advice I can give to anyone based on experience. This company tried having me sign an illegal contract, backdated to before having ever even heard of this business. They tried to get a new contract forcefully signed by threatening not to fulfill their end of a previous contract; which to-date they have not fulfilled their end of and are in default.

I’m writing so that you, the reader, can be very wary of any contracts with Iskan Windows Inc. - they may be single-sided, inappropriate, lacking consideration and just plain out illegal as in this case. They are very threatening - evidenced by my own experience, because once they can get you in a contract, they got you - and they will be late on fulfillment of their part and at the end - use every opportunity to not fulfill their end of their obligations.

All-in-all save yourself sanity and go elsewhere, otherwise you may end up here, leaving a review about your frustration over this company’s dishonesty, shady practices, lack of timeliness and just more of a headache than it is worth.

I was very impressed with replacement of the steel windows in my residence. I was looking for reputable installer. I am amazed how quickly and smoothly the whole job went. The windows are beautiful and the entire house looks great. Anyone looking to get new steel windows would certainly be making the right choice to select Iskan Windows.
