Owner gave rude attitude as if I interrupted his peace at his not so busy shop. Rude across the board. I brought in two cars and the owner seemed bothered to give him work.

Workers scratched the film on one car and didn't seemed bother. On the other car they left a mess.

Initial work was great, fast and spotless. The worker didn’t put safety sticker on the window button and I accidentally pull down the window. The liquid on tinted window not dried up and some bubbles cumulated. I took it back but they don’t seem to be concerned about it. Not big visible but I can notice the bubble marks. Make sure to check everything before you drive out and don’t rush it.

I understand others' review saying that the owner and staff do not seem to be very friendly just to increase their sales.
However, I can tell the owner is a reliable man, and you will get the most affordable price for tint. Very glad I could get my car windows tinted at this place before the summer gets too hot. Personally I recommend the ceramic tint which is the most expensive but so worth the money for blocking the heat.

I was out of town but my girlfriend needed to get her windows tinted after picking up her new Benz. She found Sam’s Tint Gallery and was quoted $120. I was skeptical of the low ball price but remained open minded. Upon entering their office she was told it would now be double the price. She calmly delineated that over the phone she was quoted $120. She also provided them with the year, make and model of the car prior to. They didn’t honor their $120 price but instead used unscrupulous tactics (bait & switch) on her. Of course my girlfriend was extremely vexed and immediately walked away after letting them know about their unethical business practices. It’s places like this that make people distrust people. Just be honest and ethical. I’ll also be notifying the BBB. My advice is to stay away from Sam’s Tint Gallery, moreover this review isn’t their only terrible review.
