DunRite is the BEST! We just replaced all of our old Andersen windows with Milgard double-hung and casement windows plus a few picture windows. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside now and how they're helping to keep the heat and dust out. We are lucky to have amazing views where we live. These black framed windows make our views even more of a focal point. We weren't expecting that and we are thrilled!

We are so grateful for Sal and his entire team at DunRite. They are perfectionists from start to finish. I appreciate all the work that was done up front to recommend the best solution for our home and to ensure a perfect fit. I also appreciated how efficient the crews were. They were here for four days and they were a pleasure to have around. They seemed to enjoy their work and each other and we had a lot of laughs. My dogs loved every one of them - even jumped in one of their trucks on their last day here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!

Their team was respectful of our house and didn’t mind our kids being underfoot. They cleaned up after themselves. Failed to launch. Dunrite was one company that I sought out for quote to replace my front double door. I was getting to a point where their reviews and quote were putting them as the front runner. I indicated to their sales rep Tony that I wanted to see samples of the glass options I could use as well as door hardware options - he indicated both would be available in the showroom. So relying on that, I took time out of my workday to meet Tony out at Dunrite, where glass option samples were actually limited to nonexistant and door hardware samples didn't exist. When I pointed this out to Tony at the showroom he was aloof to indignant and unapologetic. When I emailed him pointing out his miscommunication he again failed to acknowledge his failure at communicating, replying simply "good luck with whatever you do."

I'm sure they are fine for others, based on the reviews here, but I can't do business with a company for thousands of dollars in spend that at the outset are lackluster about their communication and unapologetic/uncaring when they make a mistake.

RESPONSE TO REPLY - What an odd response. The owner here seems to be alluding to the fact that I wanted some huge discount and that is the reason I didn't go that route. For the record, I found their pricing competitive. The quote they gave me for a very nice mid-century modern look double door entry was $7,900. That was their open. I countered with $7,200 - 91% of what their initial offer was and a far cry from "asking for a 22% discount". They countered with $7,550, but by that time it had better set in the frustration I had in dealing with Tony and him telling me samples existed in their showroom that did not - he knew what I wanted to see from my initial meeting with him. Anyhow, this strange response from the owner mischaracterizing the facts only affirms my confidence that my decision to walk away was correct. Strange vibes from Dunrite indeed.

Experience has been generally seamless from the salesperson to the window installer to the stucco guy. Not quite finished with the project, due to a damaged window. All the staff have been courteous, professional, continuously asking me if I'm satisfied, which I really don't have anything to complain about regarding DunRite. Not Fun rite's fault, but I found out Milgard windows are hard to clean, although DunRite is trying to rectify the issue.

We have had all of the windows in our home replaced by DunRite Windows and Doors. They have done a superb job from beginning to end. Absolutely A++++. All elements of their work were done in a superbly professional way and their folks all have equally superb customer service skills. Tony came to our house and discussed various brands and we selected windows designed for our climate. He was very knowledgeable and was very "soft sell" and encouraged us to think through his recommendations. His rough measurements were followed up by someone who made more detailed measurements. Then, on two different installations, we used the team of Kevin, Frank and Zach to remove our single pane windows and install our new double pane windows -- they worked well as a team. In each case they were especially careful in preparing the window area with plastic sheeting to stop dust from coming into the house. Then, they carefully cleaned up at the end of the job. The front office personnel appear to have experience in the field and there appears to be someone who always answers the phone (including Sal, the owner) -- they are readily available to answer all technical questions in addition to scheduling and accounting. In summary, we are exceedingly pleased with the work of Dunrite Windows and Doors.
