Omar and his team were not one of those, but instead were a blessing and one project I did not have to worry about. He was thorough, flexible, patient and passionate. Omar and his team has completed several homes in our neighborhood here in East Brunswick, including ours . From our first meeting in July 2021 he was very thorough, down to the last detail in every aspect of the job. We signed the contract with him that very day based on all of the wonderful compliments and recommendations from our own neighbors! He was very upfront with regard to lead time and future cost increases for materials. He saved us money by ordering the materials well in advance before the price of materials increased or became unavailable. He was always very responsive to my phone calls and text messages whenever I had a question or concern. Deliveries of materials were exact, along with the installation of the siding. He also installed new gutters and 6 windows. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Premium Home Improvements and would highly recommend their company for your next home remodeling.

I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with Premium Home Improvements’ work! I met with Omar back in March 2022. He was so polite and courteous! We are expecting a baby in May, so we gave him a deadline of May 23, 2022 (he said it would not be a problem) I’m writing this review on April 23rd with a completed home. Omar and his crew replaced my roof, windows and siding! They were an absolute pleasure to work with! Miguel (the window man) was beyond fabulous- he replaced every window in my home which gave the house a face lift! Omar and his crew exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their home!

First! Big shutout to Omar and his team.
This is by far the best contractor we’ve hired. Mr. Omar is the business owner and he is also a hands on person. Omar not only foresee the whole siding installation. He also got on the ladder himself nailing panels. These great hardworking people would get up early and make it to your house before 8. They want to make sure to get an early start on the job. Very very respectful towards them.
Siding job can be tricky. Mr. Omar only tells the truth. He is the finest man out there if you wish to get a new siding, new roof, new window. The craftsmanship is incredible. They don’t rush just to deliver. They take every step they need to ensure your property is being taken care of.
This is the ONLY guy I will go with for our company wise properties. We just hired him for our primary home and the results are perfect!

After a couple of unsuccessful tries to find a good roofing company, I was lucky to find Premium Home Improvements located in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
I set up an appointment with Omar, the owner and he came to our house promptly as I had mentioned to him I had several leaks in our roof.
He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. After conversing with him, we decided to go with him.
We are extremely happy with the results, he and his crew did an excellent job, in addition we decided to replace our existing gutters and leaders. He suggested to get them in black since our house is light grey and they look absolutely beautiful.
We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and his consistent professionalism.
