It was disrespectful and unprofessional to get a date for a walk through, and get the keys and Maya Lazo again is nowhere to be found . After waiting on for her for one hour, my brother drove my 74 yr old mom home. Yet again , I had to go to the Serranto leasing office to ask to get hold of her . She only showed up an hour and 15 min later because of me asking to locate her. After arriving very disappointed like she was doing something outside her duties , she gave me the keys and somehow felt I had to apologize for bothering her . And her excuse for not only missing the appt but not caring enough to give people courtesy call about not making it was ‘ I have other buildings I manage ‘
Definitely not someone I will be dealing with in the future.

Josie and her team do an excellent job each time they come into my apartment.
The person who takes the work order does not necessarily convey the correct information to maintenance team. I am not happy with their performance for many reasons. Don’t put the blame on the maintenance crew for untimely response to the issue in the apartment.

Good neighborhood. Terrible management. They want us to do what the manager wants. In my case, in April 2020, I notified them that for 3 next months I could not pay the rent due to the Corona Virus. They accepted after asking me for a series of documents worse than when you want to buy a house. Evidence of this, evidence of the other. During that time, I asked my bank to suspend direct payments. The managers tried to get the payment even though I had already notified them that I could not pay them temporarily. As the payment was rejected by my bank they charged me a fee of 50.00 for returned check. I never gave them a check. After 2 months I notified them that I could pay them. I sent them checks for the current month plus 1/12 of the unpaid debt. Two months later they notified me that I had to pay only with cashier check because my account had a returned check that never existed. Until now the checks I have given them have not been charged because they insist that I go to the bank to buy cashier checks exposing my health and wasting my time because the attention in the banks is restricted.Who runs this company thinks that things should be done at will without caring that with this we expose ourselves to contagion by being in a global pandemic. Hopefully some director will contact me to give details of this case of arrogance towards people.

The maintenance staff was great. A plumber needed to be called out & then Plumbing Authority was great & found the problem. Jerry was so great in following up to & getting the problem resolved.

Very Noise place , the compactor make a horrible noise, you can hear in the second floor at what time your neighbor from upstairs stand up. Building B poor maintenance, Josie make a good job and Jose, but they use them for Sonoma apartments too.

Lived there 8 years . Every year it went down hill . Loud neighbors . Parking is horrible
