First time ordering custom vinyl windows. My size is 14x24 horizontal picture frame. I called and they quoted me a good price. I went down and paid in full for this order and we confirmed the measurements. Windows arrived as they said on a Friday. I picked it up and took them home. To find out when I took them out of the car the drains were on the wrong end. The windows were vertical and not horizontal as I requested. I called first thing Monday and was told to bring the windows in and they will make it right. So I did and got a call 3 hours later saying they are not ordering new ones and not paying the manufacture to remake them either. I reminded them that I brought the windows back per their request. Still refusing to make it right, they now have my money and windows. I contacted my c/c company to fight the charge as I mentioned they have the product and money. Shameful business practices! Not into fixing the problem and making a happy customer.

I took my cabinet door to Valley glass and they damaged the front of the door, they didn't even offer a discount and I wasn't gonna pay $91.17 so they removed the glass (tempered glass) I ended up taking it to All Venture Glass... they simply installed regular glass and did an excellent job without anymore damage at only around $43.00 I definitely taking my future business to All Venture Glass ❤️
