I had a great experience with Window Authority. They are a local company with a large selection of window supplies. Despite my project being small, they treated it with the same care and provided multiple options and quotes that fit my budget.They handled everything, from measuring to installing, without the big overhead costs.
Gene, the owner, with Tripp and Dan, were great!. They checked in before, during, and after the installation to make sure everything was on track and met my expectations. The crew did a great job installing my new window and patio door. Lupe made sure the fine details matched the style of my house.
I’m happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. Supporting small businesses is important to me, and Window Authority did not disappoint!

They were courteous, professional, flexible, and reliable. The Window Authority gave clear, easy-to-understand advice on which windows worked best for my home, listened to my concerns and special requests, and were ready with solutions. They also worked around my schedule, as well as reflected my contact preferences.

It took a while to get the windows in, but once they arrived, the team came at the appointed time and worked quickly. Yet they still remembered to clean up after themselves.

The windows look great too. It's quieter now, and I think they help regulate the temperature in the house better.

We did 9 windows (several were custom shapes) for a little over $6500, which was the best price in Fort Worth by a few hundred. And there were no surprise fees on the back end, which I appreciate.

What a fantastic experience! Gene was great to work with. He sold us a great product and had fantastic communication through-out the process. The installers were extremely professional with a great sense of humor. They kept our home clean and they were very efficient. Construction started on Tuesday and by Friday we had an awesome new look that truly looked original to the build of our home. No one would even know this was added after. The finishing and the brick replacement was perfect. Words can't express how thankful we are to have such an amazing new look and that was truly a stress free process. I would highly recommend Window Authority and plan to recommend them to all my friends, neighbors & clients. Please enjoy the before and after photos! WE LOVE OUR NEW LOOK! Thanks Gene & Crew!

The entire Window Authority experience was top-notch. Everyone was very professional, and the installers were hard-working, friendly, and they did great work! Nothing broken, minimal clean-up required afterward, and everything installed as ordered. The house looks totally transformed as if it were brand new. Very happy customer!

Highly Recommend!!! From the moment I met with the sales rep to the final day of installation The Window Authority was absolutely amazing to work with!! The sales rep was straightforward, no gimmicks, honest and there was no pressure or hard sale. I met with 5 companies and most were like dealing with a car salesman but not The Window Authority. They didn’t upcharge for standard items and we very reasonably priced!!! The installation crew deserves a 10!!! Wow were they meticulous with every detail. They put tarps down, cleaned up afterwards, they seriously took such pride in their work as they should because our 23 windows look AMAZING!!! Thanks!!!!

We are very happy with The Window Authority! The windows are great and the installation went very smoothly. Tony was very knowledgeable and there was 0 pressure!
The installers were prompt and took extra care to get the windows put in correctly. They also took care of any mess.
