Jody and his crew were very professional. They all worked well together including Jody, he works right there with his workers. They covered furniture and floors to minimize the dust from getting everywhere. They arrived when they said they would and was finished when they said they would. We had all our windows replaced by Jody Sheffield and his team representing Windoworks Plus a few years ago. They did a wonderful job, and we are so proud of them! The construction and quality of these "triple pane low E" windows are "superior"! Just recently we discovered a crack in one of them.....I notified Jody and he immediately ordered a replacement. Within a week he was here with a big smile and the replacement window! He quickly installed the new one! And of course, the lifetime replacement warranty covered the cost of the new one! Contacted Jody in December. He came out and gave me an estimate. Ordered the windows in early January. They were ready about 6 weeks later. I prepared for the installation before they arrived by removing all blinds. That made it easier for them to focus on the install. They cover everything before they remove the old windows. The upstairs windows take longer due to being upstairs and some prep work they have to do to get the new windows in.

Jody's guys work hard. They don't take any breaks and are all business. If you have any questions, they will answer them. I would highly recommend Jody for new windows. My house is so quiet now. It is so hard to find a business and people like Jody these days. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that I stumbled upon Jody! Jody and his team, Robert and Will. Were AWESOME. They came right on time and got the job done well. VERY attentive to detail, extremely professional. The guys who do the window installation were a lot of fun to talk to and seemed very concerned with doing things right. They were also able to very quickly reseat a poorly installed sliding glass door. In house financing made paying for the job really easy and Jody works hard to provide a higher level of service. Don't think twice about hiring them for the job!

The windows themselves are great, they look much better and there is zero draft. The price was also extremely competitive.
