Don't know how this guy is doing business or how he has a business.

I don't think he knows what he's doing He came to my house to fix My living room window ended up breaking The replacement glass and told me he was gonna come back The next day my wife actually took the day off of work and He never showed up and he blocked me from calling or texting him.

Just saying if your next glass repair tech comes out and he drives a
CHEVROLET Colorado With license plate 41590F2 or a TOYOTA SCION tC with license plate 7jxv600 You're better off canceling the appointment.

Terrible experience now my window is worse off than before, he did not complete the work and is refusing to return my $100 deposit. I regret going with him. More details below.

Had a broken window pane which needed to be replaced. He came out to measure the glass and like with others, he was a couple of hours late to the appointment. He asked for a $100 deposit to order the glass which I paid by check. He promised to return and install the glass within a few days.

He had someone else call and cancel that next appointment, then the next, and the next. I had taken time off work to meet him but ended up wasting that time. When he was going to cancel the third appointment he called and begged for another chance, said he had lost his license and wasn't able to come to me but that he would figure it out. He ended up cancelling that fourth appointment too and finally said he would refund the $100 deposit via Venmo - that still hasn't happened.

Now I'm out the $100 dollar deposit and lost several weeks trying to work with him. He has stopped returning calls, texts, or Yelp messages.

I'll update this post if he at least returns my deposit. I had to hire someone else to fix the window since he ended up making the crack bigger when he removed it to measure. I would never work with him again. The worst home repair experience I've ever had.

Update: a little over 3 weeks after being told I would receive a refund, after many calls, texts, and messages, I finally received my full deposit refund. I'm glad to put this behind me.

This "business" took 2 pieces of glass with the promise of cutting 2 new pieces and I would get all the pieces returned to me. I have repeatedly tried to contact the business with no results. I WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE

I had ask for them to come out and take a look at my sliding doors Eric came out and took care of the problem my rails were bent he replaced them and the rollers for a reasonable price and informs u of everything he is doing or needs will recommend and will call in the future when needed thanks
