We recently installed a new patio sliding door, and it’s made a noticeable difference in both the look and functionality of our home, The sliding mechanism is incredibly smooth and easy to use. It slides open and closed with minimal effort, which is a huge upgrade from our old, worn-out door. The door has a sleek, modern design that really opens up our living space. The large glass panels allow for an abundance of natural light. The wait was little long, but the installation team did a great job. Thank you Joey, Erin, and Houston Window Expert teams.

Houston Window Experts did a great job on my home. I’m so glad they are in the Dallas area now. They take care of your home like it’s their home. Check out their video on You Tube. It’s very informative when you are looking to replace the windows for your home. No pushy salesmen, just nice caring people who want to please their customers at a fair price. They will also take down your blinds and shutters and put them back up and move any necessary furniture. Others window companies told me I’d have to do that myself or hire someone else to do that. They are also very careful with your carpet and floors.

When we decided to replace our 45 windows we looked around for a company to do the job. Houston Window Experts kept rising to the top of our list from positive reviews to explanatory videos of the replacement process to seeing their trucks and trailers in our neighborhood. I can summarize HWE:

The windows are made to measure that takes a few weeks. HWE measured everything three times and all of the windows and doors slipped in without a problem. The crews were excellent, polite, skilled and they had the tools, manpower and experience to complete our job in only two days. I think they vacuumed the house more in two days than I have in a year!

The crew moved furniture as necessary, covered surfaces and walls and restored everything perfectly as they moved from room to room. It was a great experience.

It’s rare to have contractors in your home for such a big project and feel nothing but trust and appreciation—so much so that I had no hesitation leaving them to continue their work while I stepped out. The entire experience was seamless, and the result speaks for itself.

I replaced our windows back in April and wanted to wait a few months until posting a review.

Josh was very professional and answered all of our questions during and after our visit, to include next steps needed for financing. He was also very respectful of the meeting time slot (2 hours), as he was aware that we had another window sales person coming in right after him.

After we made the decision to go with HWE, we were handed over to Erin, who was very responsive to our questions regarding the status of manufacture, delivery, and scheduling of the installation.

When the install date finally arrived 9 weeks to the day of order, we were pleasantly surprised by Milton and his team. We anticipated a two day job, but luckily had two crews that day and finished in one. Having had experiences with multiple contractors over the years, this was by far our best experience. The quality of work was excellent, but what really stood out to us was the attention and care given to cleaning the windows and work area after completion. If I hadn't been at home all day, I would have never known that construction work had been done.

When Hurricane Beryl hit, a couple of our windows started leaking. HWE honored their warranty and identified/fixed the leaks and patched/painted the minor damage done during the original window replacement.

It is very refreshing to find an honest, transparent company that delivers on their promise to do excellent work - I highly recommend them!

Brandon Stegman and the whole Houston Window Experts team did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Windows are a huge investment, and there can be some apprehension in making sure you're investing in the right product. Jeff's videos on YouTube, and Brandon's guidance were incredibly helpful and assisted in making the best window decisions for our home. The installation process was A+ as well, making sure everything was 110% to our satisfaction. Will definitely be using the HWE team again in the future when we decide to do the rest of our windows.
