When I 1st arrived, there was a sweet young woman that helped me as soon as I walked in.. She explained everything in detail, she took her time and made sure I was prepared for my purchase. After she left my Experience went down hill. I purchased tint for all 6 of my windows. My car was taken back at 10:30am.. I didn’t get my car back until close to 1:30PM!!!! MY CAR WAS KEPT FOR 3 HOURS!!!!!! What pissed me off was the lack of humility and overall care. No one provided an ETA, No one apologized and when I asked for updates after sitting there for 2 1/2 hours WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, I was treated as if I was a bother.
I work in customer service as a manager and I’m under staffed as well but poor customer service will NEVER be accepted from my team and neither should you from yours!!!

I didn’t want a discount or anything free. All I wanted was care and acknowledgment and not be treated like I was a nuisance after being there for 3 hours!!! Great job on my car though

Came in today & received wonderful service! Usually with car services, it can be easy to feel like you’re getting bamboozled as a lady but Cash explained everything, didn’t rush me in my decision, and made me feel confident. I had my front windows and windshield tinted and they all look great. I was done in an hour and a half (like he said.) AND I was able to roll my windows down immediately!? The guys here are super nice, informative, helpful, and they get the job done. I see why they have 5 stars already.

Got all my civic windows tinted today with the 35% Prime XR Ceramic. The service was beyond great. They walked me through the whole process and even demonstrated how the sunlight hits with each tint! Great work and great people. Will recommend definitely.
