BE WARNED. I have done business with Carlos in the past and thought I was in good hands, I was wrong. After taking my deposit but not placing my order for almost a year, I finally received my windows and doors. The front door wasn’t ordered with the design and Carlos originally just got unfinished break metal strips to glue on the door as a fix… that obviously wasn’t acceptable and he then provided finished pieces of metal that are the wrong color. It’s been about 3 months since then and he still makes all the excuses in the world why he isn’t able to get the correct door paneling. Next, the side door wasn’t properly adjusted and the top of the door kept hitting the top side of the door frame. I had to pay out of pocket another competent door installer adjust it. It was also recently discovered that door wasn’t sealed when it was initially installed and now there are leaks coming through the sides of the door frame. The installer Carlos uses, Osvaldo, is absolutely terrible. He failed the county inspection multiple times. Additionally, Carlos promised me touch up paint for the windows and still nothing. This man makes all the promises to correct the issues but does not perform. Now I’m looking at reinstalling the side door to properly seal it and Carlos ignores that as well. It’s very unfortunate that I have to write this negative review but nothing seems to get through to actually correct problems. As an aside, my father paid him to replace a piece of glass from frosted to clear a year ago and still no performance.

Unbeatable service and quality, Jonathan was the installer and I will recommend you ask for him, flawless installation, professional, on time, made sure everything looks good , sealed and also added the inside door jams to make it look as built. I am booking them again for my patio doors. Strongly recommend you go with CAV , you will be more than satisfied. AAA +++!

Carlos and his crew are the best contractor one can ask for. I appointed this company to replace the garage door and the motor at my house. They did a fantastic job. Carlos and his crew worked very professionally and in a timely manner to replace my garage door. Carlos is very responsible and attentive, he will response to your message quickly. This is the second job I did with him. In this occasion he replaced my sliding door, it took longer than expected but at the end he did a great job., I’m very satisfied!?

I called Carlos after seeing his reviews on google, I had to hurry and get and impact door so I could get my full discount for my home insurance. I call him on a Thursday he came out less than a hour later, Friday I gave him the deposit and Saturday morning my door was installed. The door is great quality and the price was great, glad I met him; great guy.
