Product was damaged during shipping so trucking company told me to refuse the package. After the refusal I received a call from Caroline telling me to accept delivery, send them pictures the damage and they would send me new pieces.

Well I received the package, took the pictures and sent them to her, she responded they would send me a new shutter. After 4 weeks I haven’t received the shutter and the last 4 emails have gone unanswered.

Good product just terrible customer service and if you get something damaged during shipping know they won’t stand behind it

Update. You can’t claim shipping, you tried that already. I already showed you pictures of the box that is undamaged. The paint can’t chip from shipping. Joseph with you company already admitted that it should not have been shipped with the bolt in it and the paint damage would not be from shipping. You have already agreed to send touch up paint and a replacement bolt but have yet to do so after 8 follow ups over 8 weeks. Joseph even sent me a picture of the shipping label for the touch up paint and bolt but FedEx has yet to receive the package from you. Worst experience ever.

Received damaged product. Chipped and missing paint, bolt and sleeve damaged. Refused to resolve the issue.

We just had accordion shutters installed and are very happy with the phenomenal job that was done. Start to finish everyone we worked with was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. From William, who came out initially and gave us great ideas on what to do; to Caroline in the office coordinating everything; to Tom and Ryan who came out and put it all together; we can't say thank you enough.
