Nice shop. Told me 3-4 weeks to get our screens done. It only took about 9 days. Good price. The large one could have been trimmed a little better. The owner said if I had problems bring it back and he would fix it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional. On 5/5/22 was told 4 to 6 weeks, called week 6 was told 6 to 8 weeks, called week 9 was told 13 weeks. Window man said they would call me Aug 3rd to let me know if my order was on the truck and correct...they did not ! I called again the next day , they said my order was on the truck. They were not happy when I informed them I was leaving for a month after waiting over 3 months for my lanai vinyl windows. They were very rude from the beginning. Today a guy was standing outside my lanai staring in my house so I opened the door and asked if I could help him. He said I'm from window man. He never came to or knocked on my front door! They weren't supposed to be here until 8/10. All he said was we rescheduled didn't they call you ? No they didn't..
Lucky I'm here. Nightmare continues he doesn't have what he needs to finish the install and tells me he'll be back tomorrow but wants me to pay him 1200 dollar balance now. I said I will pay when it's finished. He never cleaned the mess he made...metal slivers from drilling holes the nuts and bolts he cut and left on my lanai floor. I didn't get the product I ordered it was supposed to be gold vinyl.. its grey. The middle set of windows sre so tight I can barely move them up or down. I absolutely would not recommend this company!!! I have read your reply there were no issues to resolve, it's just the way you handle your business. I know you can't control when your vendor gets the product back to you but you can keep in touch with your customers with updates instead of them having to continually call for updates. Your employee just showing up at the back of my place ...creepy..knock at the front door and announce yourself....enough good business tips from me. You should know these things but enough said...I stand by my review because all of it is true and all of it happened.

Chris redid the vinyls and screens on our front lanai. The lanai took a beating in hurricane Ian, but you'd never know it now. From estimating and installing the vinyls and screens, we're more than happy with the job Chris did.
The office was helpful in making this happen. Definitely 5 stars from us for The Window Man.

It was time to replace every screen in our home. Being 45 years old they were showing their age. The replacement screens fit better than expected and looked great, except for one that was slightly too wide and would not fit. They made the necessary adjustments and the fitment was like the others.

I'll give them a one because that's the least you can do. They installed windows in my house and enclosed the Lani to make a sunroom, windows in the sunroom have leaked since the day they put them in. One of the windows in the kitchen is fogged. You call them they may come out and look try to blame the manufacturer and you never hear from them again.

I've used Window Man on several occasions and he has always been prompt and at reasonable cost. He even managed to repair my old
Miami-style crank windows, locating difficult to find parts. I will always use local independent businesses whenever possible. I am never quite sure that an "800 Number Group" will actually send someone who is qualified or even from my local area. Support our local guys!

I received a written estimate from the Window Man for pet screening for my lanai. It was a one-day install, and they did a great job. The price I paid matched the price I was quoted on my estimate, and I have not had one problem with it in five years. Will do business with him again.

The Window man has completed a whole house window replacement for me that was done for exactly the estimated dollar amount.The install was professional ,and just took two days. They pulled the necessary permits and passed inspection the first time. They picked up all their construction debris ,and left my home clean. Window man has also done screen repair ,and other lanai repairs. I will use them again
