Stay as far as you can from these people! I wish I saw these reviews before I ever did any business with them. Their windows are junk. Mine stopped working after 3 weeks of use. Despite being under warranty, they were just giving me a run-around for months and then ghosted me. I filed a BBB complaint which they ignored. Just filed another complaint with NJ consumer affairs. The stress of it all turned months of my life into a nightmare. Their attitude and the way they conduct business is appalling. I have a feeling we gonna end up in court.

This company is unprofessional, low quality, and manipulative. We decided to get Triple pain Low-E Argon windows from Royal Aluminum. We have really big, oversized windows and we wanted to make sure the windows were as efficient as possible when it comes to temperature and sound. All of the windows are double hung, and many of them have never even been opened or moved, yet there are multiple spots and spray patterns on every window where the low-e argon coating is failing and separating. EVERY SINGLE WINDOW LOOKS LIKE PICTURES BELOW WITHIN ONE YEAR OF INSTALLATION. Additionally, one window cannot be opened because the glass panes are separating from the framing if you try to lower it. We went to their office to show them pictures and figure out what to do. Their response was “We’ll fix the windows just bring them in”. We are talking about 14 70lb 4X6ft oversized double hung windows on the fifth floor of an apartment condo. This is not only extremely dangerous but we would need a professional as per our building to even touch these windows. I wouldn’t hire or use Royal Aluminum again because their service and attitude are beyond unprofessional. Clearly other reviews reflect this and they have zero concerns for safety, quality, or costumers. Should be investigated.

I had windows installed in December and the seal is already broken and Greg from Royal Aluminum co inc wanted me to pay to have someone come out to fix the window that came with a defect from the factory. This is the worst window company ever with the worst customer service. I recommend everyone to spend the extra money for Pella or Anderson windows.

Very very poor quality windows. Run away as fast as you can from this company. Windows in the pictures less than two weeks old.

The original experience was very good. The price, installation and quality of work was very good. Unfortunately, the follow-on support is absolutely terrible. My front picture window and one casement window have developed fogging and I have been trying to get Greg Nigro to return my call and come out to my house to replace the defective windows for over 2 years.

I am totally disappointed with the lack of customer service from Royal Windows. They do not stand behind their products.

their windows are poor quality. I received defective windows and I was told by the rep & distributor they would make new sashes for me. That was 10 months ago and at least 6 inquiries. Absolutely the worst window company I've dealt with in over 30 yrs. Obviously, we switched to a much better window company but the outstanding issue still remains.
