I would recommend this company- if you are looking for a fair price & quick service. I called 2 other competitors and they were much higher. The glass installers were very nice and assisted me with my other door that has a screen built in- with no problem (a very minor fix/ resolution). They will give you a timeframe- you may just have to call to confirm- only once

Leslie and the team at A-Quick Emergency. They were SUPER fast, efficient. Boarded up and cleaned up glass and were able to fix my old mid century sliding door glass that was broken. Pricing so too competitive to not go with them! I will be using them for all my glass/mirror needs!

Very rude customer service. Man answered the phone and didn’t let me finish my question. I wanted to get a car window and a door window fixed. He just said we don’t do car and hung the phone up. These immigrants need to learn customer service or have someone with experience answer the phone. I will never refer anyone to your business.

Negative 5 rating. Regulators shouldn't let this kind of company exist. They are not doing business, they are stealing and ripping off people. We were so stupid to get ourselves stuck in the contract with this company without checking the reviews here first. We had an offer to purchase our house and so we needed to get our windows done in an emergency situation and hired this so called emergency glass company. They agreed to repair the glass for 120/window to fix all the foggy windows, 25 in total for $3000. Then we asked if that also included fixing the insulation of the windows and they said for additional $20 they would do it then we said $20's too much for just changing the weather strip on the bottom of the window and so they agreed 140/window to fix 25 foggy windows and replace the insulation of all the windows for a total of $3,500. They would get the job done no later than Friday, 6/26/2015. They took away our 46 windows on 6/22 and covered them with wood planks. But Thursday they told us it's impossible to return the windows Friday and even worse's that they said they only found 17 foggy windows and the total windows were 31. That number didn't match our windows. We knew they messed up and they even didn't start to work on our windows at all. We made more than 100 calls trying to find out when they could return our windows. They hanged up our calls rudely and didn't give us a time frame. We tried to get our windows back but when we drove to the address they gave, it's a UPS store and they refused to tell us where they were. Finally on 7/8/2015, 16 days later they installed all of windows back. Our buyer withdrew their offer by this time and due to this delay we couldn't show our house to other buyers either and lost the best time to show our house within the first two weeks. What's more outrageous was that they didn't replace insulation of the windows at all but forced us to pay 140/window instead of 120/window otherwise they wouldn't return our windows. To get our windows back we had to do what they asked. Then we found 4 windows are still foggy and asked them to come back to fix them. They came with an order sheet saying that 25 windows done, 4 more and wanted to charge us again. Are they out of their mind? How could they rip off people like this? Obviously, they didn't fix the 4 windows and already charged us for the 4 windows and they wanted to charge again? We refused and they started to curse and yell. Money is important but how could you earn money in such shameless way. It's not business, it's stealing. They also left nail holes all over our window frames and rain came in through the windows and damaged our carpet. Our house covered with the ugly plank was not in a living condition and attracted unwanted attention. What a nightmare!!!
Stay as far away from this company as possible. This kind of company shouldn't exist at all!!!
We are suing them now not just to recover our loss but to let them know money needs to be earned in an honest way. You can mess up with us but you can't mess up with law!!!

Look some where else for you glass repair needs. Poor workmanship, nonexistent customer service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They deserve "zero" stars.
