I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sunshine Company, and I feel compelled to warn others about their abysmal customer service. The manager, Justin, was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I attempted to resolve an issue. He was dismissive from the start, showing zero empathy for my concerns and acting like my business wasn’t important. Instead of offering a solution, he spoke to me in an arrogant tone, as if I were the problem. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for him or this company. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and know how to treat them with respect—unfortunately, Sunshine Company is not one of them. I will not be returning.

I wish I can give this company zero stars. They stole my money and kept telling me that my check did not clear. When in fact it did clear. January 4th. I kept asking to speak to the boss and Justin refused to give me the bosses number or email. Very disgusting people to ever work with!!!!!!!!!! Will never attempt to order from these people ever again!
