This is arguably the most unprofessional business I worked with. First red flag is the tech showed to inspect my window issue with no tools. I had to let him use my tools. Second red flag was he charged me $125 for a consultation. He was really nice at the time and identified and explained the issue with my window, so I didn’t worry too much about it. He said he needed to order the part and would be in touch. He then ghosted. I called repeatedly for months and the few times I talked to him he asked me to text him my address so he could look up my account. Every time I did he would just not reply. I finally got ahold of him today and he was beyond rude and said he only had one text message from which was a lie. Said he didn’t know who I was but kept saying he was just going to come by today to fix it despite not “knowing who I was.” Told me he couldn’t check the invoices and said he would refund it if I text him a picture of proof of payment. I texted it to him and of course no response. Luckily my bank is working with me to dispute the charge, but this has been a 3 month ordeal. It’s unfortunate because he seemed nice, like he knew his stuff but he is bad at business and is dishonest. Steer clear!

I want to start by acknowledging that they did a great job on the windows they did repair. I tried waiting to review this company until they fixed the issues I had with their service but it has been 3 months since they came out and they haven't made any attempts to rectify since they then. They charged me for replacement of 4 window screens and a patio door screen and they only did half of that. I have been back and forth with Bob but in general this company has communication issues and doesn't regularly update on the status of the project unless you contact them first. I had to constantly ask what was happening and didn't feel reassured that they were even coming. The last communication I was given a date and time and they still didn't show. Overall I wish they had better customer service and provided the whole service they charged me for.

Fixed windows so they could stay open! After a window company told me I had to replace our windows at 1K+ per window, AA Window & Glass solved our problem for less than 1k total! So grateful for their honesty and integrity. Plus they did a great job!!

I'm glad I was able to find them to fix my cracked window. Compared to other glass vendors, I saved a lot of money and the work was completed in a quick manner. I know I was considering on trying to fix the crack myself as I am pretty handy, but I lacked the time. When they were installing the window, I realized there is a lot more than just replacing the glass. Even if you're handy, you might just want to go with them to make sure it's done properly. I really appreciate that they were on time, didn't waste my time and quickly fixed my window. They were very professional and polite.

I highly recommend them! I needed a new 5x6 picture window in an old row house. They educated me, explained my options, then delivered and installed it a week later. Polite, friendly, skilled, fast (they did the job in an hour & a half), superior product and competitive fair prices--the best, actually. For future window repairs, I won't go anywhere else. These guys--a family business--are great!
