I was referred to this company by my local insurance agent. The ease of setting an appointment and the handling of the glass claim by them was initially a great experience. As I mentioned on the phone when I booked the appointment, I needed to have factory glass installed in my vehicle to keep its warranty. They assured me this would be done. On the day of the first appointment a week later, I came in to drop my vehicle off for repair. Before I gave them my keys, I asked about the factory glass. The person at the front desk didn't know anything about it, so she proceeded to go out and grab one of the techs. The tech came in and explained that they had requested and ordered an aftermarket piece of glass and that is what was going to be installed. I promptly told them this was unacceptable and again restated the information about the warranty. They said they would call my insurance company and request approval for the factory glass. I left and called my insurance company as well. After a 3 minute conversation with my insurance adjustor explaining the factory warranty issue, she approved the factory glass. At that moment, I asked how difficult it would be to switch glass companies to which she responded that they had already paid this company for the repair. Not trying to start this entire process over again, I went ahead and stuck with Advanced Auto Glass against my better judgment. 2 hours later, Advanced Auto Glass called to tell me that the insurance had approved the factory glass and that it would be in stock in a few days and to set up a 2nd appointment. I dropped my vehicle off early for my 2nd appointment and confirmed the factory glass. It was confirmed and I was told my appointment would take 2.5 hours. 2 hours later, I received a call letting me know my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. I returned, paid my deductible, and left in my vehicle with factory glass. As I got in my vehicle later that night to go to dinner, I noticed pieces of plastic covered in black glue and shards of glass all over my dash, center console, seats, and floors. I understand removing windshields can cause them to break or shatter and is a rather common occurrence. As a lay person knowing that, you would think the professionals would know that too. On a $2K referral job, they couldn't be bothered to clean up the mess they left in my $60K vehicle. I hope the quality and care of the install greatly exceeds their cleaning skills, only time will tell. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends or family. There are definitely better options in NRH, just do your research. Learn from me and don't take your insurance agent's word for it.

Outstanding service! Took care of me in a timely manner during this post Hailstorm.Audrey was fantastic! She kept me informed of my car's progress every step of the repair. She was one of the best service reps I've ever dealt with. She got me a ride home when there was a delay in parts. Jeff was so nice to drive back to my home during Friday rush hour. My hat's off the the owner/manager and his staff. I highly recommend this company.

If I can give this place more than 5 star I would. Great overall experience replacing my side power window. They had the OEM part in stock and so I was in and out in about an hour. The staff on site were extremely friendly and the technician did a fantastic job installing the window and returning it to factory quality. This place is highly highly recommended!

I'm not one for hype, but this place is the best Windshield repair shop I've ever seen. In fact, one of the best episodes of service I've ever experienced. Expert blend on a Windshield chip, fixed a second older one at minimal cost too. In and out in under 45 minutes. Rates are right there, comparable. Don't waste time searching anywhere else or reading any other reviews, just call these guys.

If you're looking for the best company and best technician to work on your vehicle, look no further. Audrey was fantastic, both on the phone and in person. I read the reviews and requested that Brad Fuller replace the windshield on my truck. He did a PERFECT job. There was absolutely no damage done to my truck and I am completely confident that he performed a clean, safe installation. Most impressive was Brad's willingness to sit down with me and discuss my concerns. This is a top-notch company with top-notch employees.

Update: I recently took my mother’s Acura RDX to Advanced for a windshield replacement. Derek was the technician and he did an outstanding job - the windshield is perfectly aligned and all trim was properly reinstalled. Once again, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. I’m so fortunate to have found a company I can depend on.
