After considering upgrading our windows and doors to impact-resistant ones for a while, we researched various companies. We found both very affordable options and expensive ones, but we were searching for a company that combined high quality with reasonable prices. After six months of looking, Aleman Company came highly recommended by a neighbor, and I’m so glad we chose them.

From the start, Ruben was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us find the best fit for our home. After agreeing on the design and pricing, Raul came to our house to take measurements, create drawings, and assist us with the city permit application. During this time, Karla in the office was incredibly helpful with documentation, payments, and communication.

The installation team, led by Miguel and Albert, exceeded our expectations. We were initially stressed about the project, but their attention to detail and commitment to keeping our home clean was impressive. They meticulously cleaned after each window and door installation, leaving no dust behind.

As someone who tends to be critical, I found almost nothing to fault. Their professionalism and thoroughness were outstanding, and they even went above and beyond by fixing our window blinds and patching up a few areas. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Excellent Customer Service was exhibited every single interaction I had with this Company. From the Initial Estimate to Project Completion everything went off without a hitch. My favorite part was that there was no Bait and Switch with pricing - price was identified in the original Estimate and did not change. The Installers showed up at my home wearing uniforms and were so meticulous clean that they left the home cleaner then when they got there. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This company did good work, but I had some issues with their ethics. For example, one of my windows had an electrical wire running under it, which they severed. They said that the wire shouldn’t have been there. It was put on when I had an addition done and needed a new window. There was an outlet right under the window, so they should have known that it was there. They said that it was my responsibility to get the electrical work fixed. Also, I had a bench that was breaking, and although I wouldn’t have expected them to fix it , they should have told me that it totally fell apart when they moved it, but they didn’t. Also, when the inspector asked me if I wanted him to come back after the windows were caulked, I said that, as long as it didn’t cost anymore, I would appreciate it. After he left, the office called to tell me that they would have given me $250 Back if I hadn’t asked them to come back. They had never told me that to begin with. The inspector also had problems with them, not leaving the paperwork. At first, they started arguing with me about it, but the inspector got on the phone to let them know that they knew better. It took over a month for me to get the paperwork back from them about the inspection, at which point, the inspector had to come back, because he didn’t remember the house. As I said, the work seems to be done correctly, and the workers were very good.
