They make an excellent team!!! There is a lot of communication and professionalism from the moment they take the measurements on the first day until everything is finished. The installers do an excellent job specially Miguel and Albert Aleman, the cleanliness and responsibility is indisputable. Thank you Raul for the honesty and professionalism. Excellent Customer Service was exhibited every single interaction I had with this Company. From the Initial Estimate to Project Completion everything went off without a hitch. My favorite part was that there was no Bait and Switch with pricing - price was identified in the original Estimate and did not change. The Installers showed up at my home wearing uniforms and were so meticulous clean that they left the home cleaner then when they got there. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This company did good work, but I had some issues with their ethics. For example, one of my windows had an electrical wire running under it, which they severed. They said that the wire shouldn’t have been there. It was put on when I had an addition done and needed a new window. There was an outlet right under the window, so they should have known that it was there. They said that it was my responsibility to get the electrical work fixed. Also, I had a bench that was breaking, and although I wouldn’t have expected them to fix it , they should have told me that it totally fell apart when they moved it, but they didn’t. Also, when the inspector asked me if I wanted him to come back after the windows were caulked, I said that, as long as it didn’t cost anymore, I would appreciate it. After he left, the office called to tell me that they would have given me $250 Back if I hadn’t asked them to come back. They had never told me that to begin with. The inspector also had problems with them, not leaving the paperwork. At first, they started arguing with me about it, but the inspector got on the phone to let them know that they knew better. It took over a month for me to get the paperwork back from them about the inspection, at which point, the inspector had to come back, because he didn’t remember the house. As I said, the work seems to be done correctly, and the workers were very good.
