I am battling some serious problems at my current doctor's office and was told to give this particular office a chance.I called this morning around 8:50 am to see if they were accepting new patients for me and my family. I heard some really great reviews about this practice and I was excited about learning how things worked. My excitement turned into disappointment when speaking to the receptionist who got rude during the call. I asked if they were accepting new patients and her response was.. "We are not accepting new patients at this time." I then ask "Do you know when you will be then?" She responded..."NO!" in a very hateful way as if I was asking too many questions or making her job harder. Not to mention, my child and myself is not feeling so well and she made me feel bad for even calling and inquiring about their services. I apologized to her for even calling and asking being that she was so snappy; Her response was "Thank You" Yes.... Your employee actually thanked me for apologizing to her as if I did something wrong at a time of need. It's not my fault that she is not enjoying her morning at work today. Maybe she needs some time off? Sucks to be treated this way and be the one who has to take this type of treatment!
