Shaun was recommended by our general contractor to do the gutters on our new house. We set a time to meet with Shaun to show him what we needed and the issue we had with our previous gutter system. He arrived early for the meeting and had a lot of the measuring done before we got there. We discussed the issues we had and he provided some suggestions to address our issues. We had talked to another company and had their estimate. Shaun’s estimate to do the job was very competitive and we liked the idea of using a local company for the work. We got Shaun scheduled and he and his crew showed up on time ready to go. They were very professional in their work and did the job quickly and the finished product looked great. I then asked Shaun if he could do an estimate on gutters on my shop and barn. Before he left, he provided the estimate and we signed on for another Always Flow job. Shaun’s crew showed up at around noon and had the gutters done by 4pm. Again, another great, good looking job done by Shaun and his crew. I would recommend Shaun and his team to anyone needing gutters.

I had shaun and his team come out to redo all gutters and fix fascia at my place. What a mistake. Shaun draws up a picture for his team to go off of and from what we discussed to what was supposed to be done was completly diffrent. Drain tiles are coming out the ground and not pitched properly. refusing to fix any issues after claiming to have a warranty . They came back to replace a piece of fascia after they finished all gutters. After i pay for entire job they now send a bill for that repairs for fascia as it was in the original quote. now hes refusing to warranty any of his work.

I had the Always Flow team install gutters and trim trees on my property in Fall of 2022. Shaun was really helpful in getting an initial quote, but scheduling an install date required 2-3 follow up emails. He mentioned that his team was looking for an office manager/accountant/someone to handle the books and bookings, so I understood the delays there.

When the job came around, the team was professional, quick, and completed most of the installation on day one. I'm very satisfied with the gutters themselves and the installation process. One complaint is that they left quite a bit of metal pieces laying on the ground around the buildings, which I had to clean up myself. We have several small kids who like to run around barefoot, so this was a big negative for me.

Another issue came up over the next few days. One of the gutter installers offered to trim trees near an outbuilding as Always Flow offers tree trimming services as well, and I asked for a quote for that work. The quote was written very generically, which should have been a red flag for me. Two of the guys returned the next day to finish one gutter and start the tree trimming. They did trim branches around the outbuilding as discussed. I paid for both the gutters and the tree trimming at this time.

Here's where the bigger problems start. The tree trimming guys also promised to remove a few trees at the base the next day when they could come back with their tree climbing gear, ropes, etc. It has been about 3 weeks since then, and the guys never came back to do the tree removal. I've made several follow up phone calls that were not returned. Certainly part of this is my own fault for paying before the full tree trimming service was completed, but I suppose I was trusting the reputation and professionalism of the company to follow through on their promise.

So all in all would I recommend this company to someone else? It would be a hesitant yes with the suggestion to get your exact services in writing and to not pay your bill until the full services have been completed.

Update on 11/2:
Shaun reached out to apologize for the confusion with the tree trimming service. Within about a week, he had his guys out to complete the job as was originally discussed. I appreciate the integrity he showed to make sure the job was done right.

I highly recommend Always Flow Seamless gutters! From the initial estimate, to the completion of the work at my elderly mother’s house, Shaun and his crew exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They were all courteous and professional throughout the entire process. In addition to the gutters and leaf guards, I also needed some repairs done to some damaged aluminum siding, which Shaun was also able to take care of. Shaun also spotted some issues that I had overlooked, and was able to make those repairs as well. The price charged was more than fair.
