From the moment we met Ron Roman, sales manager, at American Bath on Glades Road, Boca Raton, and explained what we needed to replace in a bathroom taken out by a flood, he took ownership of our problem and followed it through, from start to finish. It was our problem (hydrogen) mixing with Ron (oxygen) to create an explosion of creativity and productivity.

Let me set the stage. We stumbled into American Bath without an appointment. By end of day, Ron was at our home taking measurements and making aesthetic suggestions.

He was patient, tailoring his approach to our needs, personalities, and budget. Through a series of e-mail exchanges and another store visit, we decided on a vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Today that installation was completed and we could not be more delighted with the outcome.

We received the highest level of quality customer service. Ron Roman plays the big room in a world of salesmen that play lounges. American Bath is fortunate to have him on its team.

So I'm writing this review.Because I believe that some business is really need to have the spotlight on them and this does not fall short of that I , what I thought was going to be a simple Refresh ended up being an entire gut job down to the studs. In our bafter, taking apart pretty much the entire bathroom, just to realize that it was the joining bathroom that was causing all of the problems, we had no choice but to put everything back together and fix all the plumbing work beneath the walls.. And of course, the small project that I thought might be maybe $2000 at best had turned into a complete nightmare.
But I guess on one sense, if you're going to end up redoing a bathroom you might wanna get it the way that you always dreamed of. It was hard for me to understand that we would be putting back in our old vanithat had water problems on the bottom of it, but money was just falling short because everything else was tied in to this complete renovation. So my dreaming of a beautiful vanstarted.
The search on offer up I came across an absolutely stunning.
Blue uvanity that was perfectly 30 inches in the color that is now going to pop everything that Is new into this bathroom And make it a show piece. We have been to The typical lowes and home Depot but unfortunately you get The same type of quality In both stores You'll be.
Lucky with a real wood frame.And everything else is Press board or Manufactured wood which equals It will need replacing in a couple of years. After having an amazing conversation with The owner emad and ginger I just couldn't pass.
On this beautiful pithe second I walked into the store I was greeted like family. I was so happy with the quality of this vanity. And every single thing in the store. To be honest with you that I had ginger call imad just to tell him thank you.
For having such great quality. Items. And for just being some of the nicest people that I have met in a long time.I will absolutely be doing business with you guys in the near future.Now that we have the other bathroom to Renovate And ginger,You know I love that tub wink wink .
