We needed to replace some windows in our home. We called American Windows and Danny came to our home to give us an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and even helped us try to fix one of our screens, so that it would work properly. Their prices were fair with several options to choose from. We would highly recommend American Windows for all your door and window needs.

I wound up reaching out to the American Window team from Jeff’s List. A quick YouTube search will fill you in. Just wanted to say thank you to Danny and all the American Window Company team, with a special shout out to Jesus for his patience as our initial reach out till completion was a few months journey. But not a delay due to them. They patiently waited on us confirm all the details and presented us all our options over email and finally in their showroom. The team was excellent in giving updates and always quick to answer my calls and emails. You can feel the pride in their work and you cannot beat the work from an American company and the product of an American company. My family and I are very happy with our windows and the awesome service we were provided. The install crew was fast, precise and professional. You could not tell that windows had just been installed. Left their work area very neat so a huge kudos to the 4 gentlemen. I can gladly recommend the team to all my family and friends and rest easy knowing they are in great hands. Thanks again AWC.

Lisa was great to communicate with. Had an appointment scheduled for a free consultation and she was very friendly, helpful, and understanding with my ever changing schedule. They were able to accommodate that and Danny was a pleasure to talk to about all my options and questions.

The windows turned out great! So quiet The price was fair, the installation was quick and easy! The team is so lovely! Jesus came by for a consultation and didn't try to upsell me the most expensive windows there or anything I didn't need! He explained everything to me well! When I need to replace windows I bought from a different company (we all make mistakes), I'll definitely call Jesus back!

Called to get all 17 of my windows and a sliding door replaced. Danny came by, gave the quote and his was the lowest out of all of them. Wanted to make sure that I wasn't getting poor quality so I visited the showroom. Brought my wife as well and they were accommodating to let us visit on a Sat when they are typically closed. We just made our decision to go with Crystal windows and super excited!

Called for an estimate to have windows replaced. Danny came out within the same week and far exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and did not make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Customer service has been top notch. We have not pulled the trigger on purchasing yet, but I look forward to working with Danny and his team real soon!

We have a leaky roof with clearstory windows(most leaking seemed coming from window areas) and contacted American Window. While company owner Danny diagnosing the problems, i was impressed by his…. 1. Honesty: sharing all possible solutions free and encouraging us to do them ourselves before spending money by hiring his crews. 2. Knowledge on his field: his explanation of the leaking from many angles seemed more convincing and accurate than any other people. He earned my trust. Definitely I will do business with him in the future.
