Although we ended up not doing any construction project, Greg what's phenomenal to work with. He was very honest and told us it may not be worth finishing our basement with the amount of space that we gained. Even though that would mean not getting our business. He gave us some suggestions on how to make the space more usable. If we end up needing construction in the future I would totally go with this company!!

Our project was a full kitchen renovation and all new first floor flooring. We are new to the area and this was our first major renovation, so what mattered most to us was finding someone we could trust. After Greg and his team met with us and performed a walkthrough of our home, they not only provided a reasonable and transparent estimate that fit our timeline (which was extra tight with a baby on the way!), but most importantly, instilled a sense of trust from the beginning.

Throughout the entire process Greg, Sue, and Vinnie were insightful and responsive to our design iterations, understanding our style and ideas. The clear communication and realistic timelines provided a sense of reliability.

The craftsmanship displayed by the Vinnie, Klint, Brandon, and the rest of the crew each day was exceptional. It was evident that they take pride in their work, with no shortcuts taken. Each project stage was well organized and fit into planned timelines, thanks to the team’s communication.

The professionalism and respect for our home that the team displayed also stood out. Our kids developed a fondness for the team and still run around the house naming their "favorite worker guys".

We also found the estimate to be very reasonable in comparison to other local contractors. We had no major surprises, with only some minor overages related to our own decisions on expanding the scope of the project. Vinnie always walked us through any decisions that arose, providing perspectives and highlighting any impacts on the budget.

In the end, our remodel exceeded our expectations, delivering the dream kitchen we envisioned. We are excited to build memories in this space as our family grows. The trustworthiness and commitment to quality displayed by Greg and his team truly set them apart. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

2021 - We liked the previous Bathroom and 1st floor remodel job so much, we had Greg and crew come back for an encore and install all-new LP Smartside siding/soffit and new gutters on the exterior. Needless to say the job was done with the same care and detail as the inside work. We love the new siding and how the house looks now. Big improvement!

2020 - Greg Cutler and his crew were fantastic to work with. Our kitchen and living room remodel had some twists and turns that we threw at them, but they handled everything with calm professionalism and quality workmanship. We had Greg and crew do our bathrooms a couple years ago, and the quality and workmanship remains the same: excellent!

Amerikraft finished our basement. We installed larger windows and put in a full bath and guest room. Vinnie was our project manager and was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We were very involved in the design process, and were able to propose changes as work proceeded.

Final cost was quite good given that we added a few things as we went.

We would use Amerikraft again.

I was especially impressed with the tile work (Mel) and electrical (Yuri), and painting (sorry I forgot his name!) but quality overall is excellent and everyone they brought in was friendly and accommodating of our questions and suggestions.

The team at Americraft did a wonderful job creating my full kitchen and stairs renovation! I trusted Greg the owner with my project because he cared about prioritizing the aspects of the kitchen that were most important to me and took time to recommend the hardwood floors that we love.

Every day of the project Dan the lead craftsman arrived on time, delivered exceptional work, and kindly explained the different steps of the process to me! He cared so much about the workmanship he put into building a warm and welcoming new kitchen.

Our project manager Vinnie was fantastic communicating daily, with skillful attention to detail and organization of every step to ensure each week brought great progress on the kitchen build. When the cabinet company delivered a few damaged panels, Vinnie and our designer Sue worked tirelessly to get quick replacements to keep the kitchen moving to completion. Thank you Americraft team for caring for my home as if it was yours and building my beautiful new kitchen.
