Overall great experience with this company. From our sales rep Zach down to Steven, Master Installer, and his crew! When they came to install my windows they made sure to cover all my furniture including my kitchen cabinets and fridge to prevent debris from falling on them! They did very well cleaning up after installing. The new windows look great and love that they’re energy efficient, it was a much needed upgrade for my home.

We had our windows installed with Apex Energy Solutions, and we could not be any happier. The service has been exceptional from the moment we called to get an estimate to the moment the windows were installed. We scheduled our window-estimate appointment with Patrick Sailor, who was extremely professional and patience with us in explaining the products, ordering, and installation process. After the order of the windows were placed, Apex team kept us periodically updated with the delivery of the windows. Upon the windows’ arrival, the installation was promptly scheduled; the installation team arrived to our house at the time appointed and began the work promptly. The windows installation team was very organized, respectful of the property, and quick. Once the installation work was completed, the team cleaned up the working area (indoor and outdoor of each window) very well. We are extremely impressed with the care and the quality of work performed; we are happy we selected Apex Energy to meet our window needs. Without a doubt, we know we made the right choice with Apex Energy. We are very thankful for the great product and great service . . . and yes, we love our triple-pane windows!

Good salesman, so far so good on windows. Quality is good. My issues aren't product related, rather the ordering was slow, so too was delivery and the eventual install. They will get the job done (eventually) at a fair price but the logistics, communication and back office support are severely lacking.

We have a 1992 home that still had the single pane windows with grids. And it was getting time to do something about them. Not only was our home coldish in winter and warm in summer, but we also have a lot of noise pollution in back from a busy street. But, as per usual, the actual doing of something about them kept getting pushed back. So it was with interest that we listened to the sales pitch of Daniel Hazlewood. The first thing that struck me was that this was less a sales pitch and more a testimonial of a good product that Daniel truly believed in. And after having a good think, we decided it was time to show our home some TLC. And we are supremely happy with the results: much less noise pollution; survived the Jan freeze with no problems, clean clear windows that make you smile every time you look at them. The process was super smooth: it took the windows a couple months to arrive at their warehouse, but the company kept us up to date. When they arrived they promptly set up an installation date. Installation for our entire house, 38 windows if I remember correctly, was complete in 4 days and they only started windows they could finish before they left for the day, so no overnight security risks. The guys were super competent and conscientious, taking great care not to damage the house during the removal of the old windows and keeping the working area clean of glass and debris. We are so happy with Apex and Mr Hazlewood. Good job, guys.

We recently replaced 11 windows in our home with Apex. From our initial consultation with Patrick, through the installation process, communication far exceeded our expectations. All Apex staff that we dealt with were professional and courteous. We love our new windows, and wish we had replaced our older ones sooner.

I would not recommend using APEX Energy Solutions for new windows. I had about 26 windows installed in 2018, and one 2-lite slider window upstairs whistles loudly during modest wind conditions; one window cracked within 2 years, and one (facing south) blurred on the exterior (apparently some deteriorated coating) in 12 months. I contacted William after noticing the issues. Despite the quick email replies acknowledging the awareness of issues, the repair technicians promised by them never arrived - with no contact, no repairs and the problems remains today. A bad decision on me to trust someone I have no knowledge of. I will probably go back with Gulf Coast Windows to get these bad windows replaced.

I'm not a picky person and forgave them for the chipping and scratching to my wood flooring during the window installation - we are all humans. But as for the problematic windows, I have to say I'm very disappointed in their service, and I hold no more hope of them addressing these issues. I feel the need for these facts and experience known by others.

We had a great experience with Apex Energy Solutions. Their sales representative, Daniel, got us involved in every detail from the beginning. The given time for receiving our windows was set for 12-16 weeks after signing the contract, however they were ready for installation in about 10-11 weeks, which I give them a plus there. Their installation crew was also very professional. They covered almost everything, and took all the possible precautions to install all windows safely and effectively in only 3 days. Thank you Apex, you are the best!
