The worst company ever don’t let them do any work on your home you will pay for it forever. They came out and did a roof in 2021 and ended up leaving so much damage behind and they never fixed the damage they caused.

Consider yourself warned!! This company was contracted through my Insurance company in 2021 to fix my kitchen after a pipe burst that Winter. It is now December 2022 and they have still not completed the job. There have been countless issues and redos on poor work they have done. They do not show up when they tell you they will be there and try to avoid you when they can. I have never encountered a business with this level of
unprofessionalism. Maybe they should just close up shop and spare everyone else they pain of dealing with them. Really less than 1 star.

Do NOT use this company! We only used Ardsley Group due to Farmers Insurance's recommendation. They do not show up when they said they would and we would not hear from them for days. We did not get a response to our messages. They ran out of materials. They did not do the work they claimed they did. It took months to complete the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If I could give less than 1 star, I would do that. They told us they would come many times, but they never showed up when they said they would. We had a flood in August 7th, 2021, and after 7 months, we got tired of them never showing up and lying, and having to redo everything they’ve done because they messed things up. We fired them, and hired another company who got the job done in 2 days. I do not recommend this company to anyone. There was poor communication, and little to no effort shown as they tried to fix our house.

Had a water heater burst April 19th. Ardsley Group just finished the carpet install today September 3rd. Very unprofessional and poor communication. Took off many days from work for scheduled repairs and nobody showed up or called/texted to let me know they were not coming. Avoid this company at all costs. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor and I have built manufacturing facilities in Columbus, IN and Indianapolis, IN.

Ardsley was recommended by our insurance and did a screen replacement on our back porch and installed 2 new garage doors. The team was very responsive and professional and did great work. Chris as our field Project Manager did a great job communicating along the way.

Can you even do less than one star? If you stumble upon "Ardsley Group" keep moving. This place is either a joke or a scam operation. They were assigned by my home warranty, and never showed up. Got a hold of someone finally, I think they answered the call by accident, and was told by a guy who said his name was Ken . ( even gave me his personal email), to send pictures of the problem and they would file the claim as if they actually came out and diagnosed the problem. I sorta feel like that is a felony, filing fraudulent claims through electronic communication. I could be wrong.

Never heard back. Filed a new work order with my warranty company and believe it or not, got a call from Ken . He must have thought I was a new customer he could scam. Instead of driving out and diagnosing the problem, he just asked for pictures sent to his personal email. Did as requested and then never heard back.

This is has been a 4 month process. As far as I know, they closed out the job and collected from the warranty company without ever actually doing anything.

You are more likely to be able to trust the guy on facebook marketplace selling Apple Airpod Pros for $29 and asking to meet on the Eastside of Indianapolis than trust Ken or the Ardlsey Group to provide any kind of service. But I'm sure you can trust them to take your money.

This place is an absolute joke if it wasn’t a serious issue of taking people’s money and giving them the absolute worst possible product! The owner Ken is cheap, and that translates into a project manager that faked his way into the position. He asked me to not miter baseboards and trim, to caulk a floating floor to the concrete entrance, which would pull the flooring apart, and numerous other ridiculous things! Do NOT waste your money on a company that has no pride or ethics! They will take your no money, and when they finally get around to doing the work, it is well beneath substandard!!! Find ANYONE else!!! Save yourself the trouble and embarrassment of having shoddy work done in your home or business!!!
