I had the misfortune of dealing with Arka's lack of willingness to assist with trouble shooting once the doors were installed. As a project manager of a construction company, I am now sitting with doors that are defective. These doors are as valuable as paper weight at this point. Their staff seems to have trouble with communicating in English when I call them which was not the case when the sales pitch was being presented.

It seems these doors are produced by another company in Poland which can be purchased for far less and get the support needed straight from the factory.
